First you are going to want to confirm the bearings, grease seal and cap used on your axles. Some older and boat specific 3,500lb axles use different size seals and caps. The Kodiak XL ProLube Kit # XLPROLUBE1980KIT you found fits the standard 3,500lb axle sizes. The grease cap fits a 1.98" hub bore and the included seal fits a 1.72" spindle landing for the seal. If this matches what you have you will need 3 of these kits and I recommend getting 6 of each Inner Bearings # L68149, Inner... view full answer...
Hey Ben, the seals you need are part # 34823 but I don't have enough info to pick out a replacement dust cover. I would need to know the bore of your current hub to know what you'd need. We do have the bearings you need that are part # L44649.
For grease I really like the LMX red like part # L11390 as it's the highest quality and very heavy duty. view full answer...
You are going to want either our Bearing Kit # BK2-100 or the Timken Kit # TMK52VR. Both of these kits will give you the inner/outer bearings and races along with a grease seal and cotter pin/D-washer for one hub. You always want to replace the race when you replace the bearing since they ride on the race and will prematurely wear your bearings if they are even slightly distorted from the previous bearing set.
Here is a list of tools you may need if you are doing the work yourself.

No worries Donnie, I got you. So for the bearings you'll just need the Replacement Trailer Hub Bearing # L68149 & # LM67048. If you're also interested in the races and seals you can use the Replacement Race for L68149 Bearing # L68111 & # L68111, and the seal # RG06-050. view full answer...
You are going to need the Bearing Kit # BK2-100 for each hub on your Lippert Axle. This kit contains the bearings, races and grease seal for each hub. If you end up needing brakes we have the Left # LC96WD and Right # LC46WD brake assemblies. view full answer...
You are correct the Bearing Kit # BK3-110 does contain the correct bearings, races and grease seal for the Dexter Axle # 7461121-EB. But this does use the Spindle Nut Kit # RG05-100. You can order all the parts separately if you wish so you do not have extra parts you won't need. All of the components below will fit one hub.
Inner Bearing # 25580
Inner Race # 25520
Outer Bearing # 15123
Outer Race # 15245
Grease Seal # GS-2125DL
Washer # 5-23
Nut # 6-191

Hi there William; the correct bearing kit that has the bearings, races, and grease seal for your 2017 Forest River Salem Cruise Lite 171RBXL is the following:
- Hub Bearing Kit # BK2-100 view full answer...
Hi William,
It looks like we have everything except for the grease seal. Could you measure the spindle for the inner diameter and hub bore hole for the outer diameter one more time to confirm? The Hub Bearing Kit # BK2-100 has the correct bearings and tang washer but uses a 10-19 grease seal # 58846 (ID: 1.719" - OD: 2.565"). For the grease caps you can use part # RG04-040 for easy lube spindles or # RG04-020 for standard spindles. view full answer...
Thanks for reaching out, Sydney!
The guy behind our counter was close with the #84 Hub Bearing Kit # BK2-100, but with the extra information you were able to provide you need the BT8 Bearing Kit # DL21792 which comes with everything that matches what you have! view full answer...
Hey John, the correct bearing kit for the 4229672 Dexter Axle on your Aliner Camper is the Bearing Kit # BK2-100. The 3,000 lb Dexter axles use the same sizing as the standard 3,500 lb axles, so it will be the # L44649 outer bearing, # L68149 inner bearing and 10-19 grease seal. The # BK2-100 kit will come with both bearings, races, a seal, cotter pin and tang washer. view full answer...
Hey Steve, since your trailer has 5,100 lb Dexter axles the correct bearing kit would be the part # BK3-300 which comes with bearings, seal, races, and a cotter pin. view full answer...
Hello George. We will undoubtedly have a bearing kit for the 7K Lippert your 2017 Jayco North Point 5th wheel. That said, I do not have a way to tell you the exact seal size based on the info you provided. The best way to find this out will be to remove one of the hubs and measure the ID of the seal with a caliper. It seems like the 2.250 ID seals are a bit more common, but both sizes are out there. A lot of times what I recommend folks do is just get the bearing kit like part # TMK92VR... view full answer...
Hey Rob; thanks for the photos and it was actually the one with the hub number that did it. That's a BD 545 which is an AxleTek 3,500 lb hub and drum like the Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly # AKHD-545-35-K.
The 35 on the axle sticker was a good indicator it was a 3,500 lb axle, but the hub number verified it. So you can use that hub and drum, and for a bearing kit use Hub Bearing Kit # BK2-100 or for Timken parts the Timken Bearing Kit # TMK52VR.
Both kits come with the bearings, races,... view full answer...
There are 2 ways to figure out exactly what you need Chris as I cannot look up parts for your 2004 EZ Loader boat trailer based on just a model. If you have the VIN you or I can contact EZ Loader to verify the correct bearings and seals used on your current hubs or you can pull a hub off and get the part numbers off the parts. If the part numbers are not visible you could also measure the spindle using a Caliper # PTW80157.
Based on the axle weight you most likely have the #84 spindle... view full answer...
I reached out to McClain Trailers and they said you trailer is going to have the same components as a standard 3,500lb axle. So you could use our Bearing Kit # BK2-100 to replace the bearings, races and grease seal for one hub. We also have our Galvanized Hub # AKIHUB-545-35-G-EZ-K if you want all new components in an easy package that are ready to replace. view full answer...
To convert your 2019 Highland Ridge Open Range Ultra Lite UT2710RL to disc brakes you will need the following parts:
Kodiak Disc Brake Kit - 10" Hub/Rotor item # K2HR35D. This is for one axle so for a tandem trailer you will need to order two kits. This kit has a 5 on 4-1/2 bolt pattern and is designed for 3,500 lbs axles. It fits inner bearing item # L68149 and outer bearing item # L44649. The bearings are not included and will need to be purchased separately. The races are included but... view full answer...
Thank you for providing the Dexter part numbers Robert. For the brakes we have the Kit # 23-26-27 which contains both the Left # 23-26 and Right # 23-27 brake assemblies. You might consider upgrading to the Nev-R-Adjust Electric Trailer Brakes # 23-468-469 so you will no longer have to adjust the brakes every 3,000 miles. They will self adjust giving you much better brake feel as the pads wear.
For the hub/drum we have the Dexter Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly # K08-426-91. The difference... view full answer...
The Hydrastar Disc Brake Kit part # HSE7K-T1 is a grease hub setup. It actually doesn't come with grease caps oddly enough so you'd need to go with the part # F001526 as well. Grease is the setup I'd prefer over oil bath. If a grease seal goes bad you'll know before any damage occurs to the hub which allows you to fix it and get back on the road with minimal expense. If an oil seal goes by the time you realize it the bearings and hub are most likely destroyed since the oil drains out quickly... view full answer...
I understand your confusion Tom, as your LCI4.4K axles are most likely going to have the 10" Lippert Electric Trailer Brakes # LC66WD. Lippert bases their 4.4K axle on a 3,500lb axle platform while most other manufacturers base it on a larger 3" axle tube with stronger components. This is why you are seeing the 12" brake option and as RV manufacturers often change change parts on trailers based on what is available and cost this is why you will see 2 of the same trailers with different... view full answer...
