Honestly, the only difference between the Curt Wiring Harness # C56106 that you referenced and the Tow Ready Wiring Harness # 118498 in terms of application and function is the brand.
Both will do the exact same thing and will work well on your 2011 Toyota Sienna. We have sold more of the Tow Ready # 118498 harnesses (most likely because they were cheaper at one point) and have not had an issue with them.

Both hitches are identical in looks, share the same capacity and would install in the same manner. I checked with Firestone, the Firestone Coil-Rite Air Helper Springs part # F4155 are not listed as a fit for AWD models. That said, I also checked with Air Lift and the Air Lift 1000 Air Helper Springs for Coil Springs part # AL60732 are a fit for all models.
