I have a solution for you, but the Thule Roof Basket #TH859XT isn't going to be the best option. Additionally, most manufacturers do not recommend attaching anything to the cargo basket-and it's really not possible because of the small size of the bars that are used on the bottoms of the baskets.

All trunk-mounted bike racks, including the Yakima Full Back 2 Bike # Y02634, prevent access to the trunk when installed on a vehicle. This is mainly due to the fact that vehicle trunk/hatch supports are not made heavy duty enough to withstand the excess weight of the bike rack and/or bikes. Chances are you have a Jayco trailer, and we have an adapter, part # 30104 that allows you to use the 4-way connector you are installing on your RAV4 and just plug it into the adapter in the photo.
