If the factory 7-way in the bumper of your 2011 Honda Pilot EX uses a round U.S. Car type connector (shown in the linked photo) then you can easily convert to the combination 4-pole/7-way connector type using part # HM40950. This combination connector simply plugs right in to the U.S. Car connector.
If you instead need to hard-wire a connector you can use Hopkins part # HM48470 which includes a mounting bracket. This vehicle connector accepts 4-pole, 5-pole and 7-way wiring. It has screw... view full answer...
I confirmed with Thule that the UpRide, part # TH599000, will fit the factory crossbars on your 2011 Honda Pilot.
If you'd like to add locks to the bike rack use part # TH450200. view full answer...
To be able to carry a bike on your 2008 Honda Pilot you will need to use a hitch bike rack, like the Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch, part # 75599, which is a custom fit for your 2008 Honda Pilot. This is a Class III hitch with a 350 lbs. tongue weight capacity and would work great with a 3 bike rack. I have included a video link showing installation of the hitch on a similar vehicle, as well as the installation instructions.
With that hitch installed, you can add the Swagman Trailhead, part... view full answer...
Like you said there are some stabilizer jacks and even some winches that will allow you to attach a drill to raise/lower or reel in legs or line much faster. But there are no A-frame jacks, or any regular trailer tongue jacks, that I have seen that have this type of feature.
If manually cranking the handle starts to be a chore the best option is to go with an electric jack. The most cost effective one is Ultra-Fab jack # UF38-944037 rated for 3,500 pounds. view full answer...
What you need to install a 7-way on your 2010 Honda Pilot is the Tekonsha kit part # 118253 which is a confirmed fit for your vehicle and will give you a fully functional 7-way. I attached an install video for this as well.
If the trailer does not have electric brakes you'd be set with just that. If your trailer does have brakes you'll need a brake controller as well.
For a brake controller I would recommend the Prodigy P2 Brake Controller part # 90885. This is our best selling brake... view full answer...

There are no reflectors that come with, or are made specifically for the Thule Hitching Post Pro # TH934XTR, but that doesn't mean you cannot add some yourself.
The Oralite Reflector # RT21RB that you referenced is definitely an option. You could also use Conspicuity Tape # 465-4K as well to make the bike rack much more visible. Really any stick-on reflective gear will do the trick. view full answer...

We do offer adapters to allow a vehicle with one type of connector (in this case a 4-pole) to connect to a trailer that uses a 7-way RV-type blade connector. TowReady offers their # 30717 which includes a 4-pole flat connector that will plug in to your vehicle harness and a surface-mount 7-way connector intended to accept the 7-way plug on your pop-up.
If you prefer a bracket-mount connector you can instead use # C57674 from Curt, which includes a mounting bracket for the 7-way and also... view full answer...

I checked with our suppliers and at this time there are no trunk mount bike racks available for the 2008 Honda Pilot, because there is no safe place for connection of the lower straps on the vehicle.
At this time your best option for carrying bikes would be a Draw-Tite Class III Hitch, # 75599, and once the hitch is installed, the Swagman Trailhead 3 Bike Carrier, # S63365, would be a good choice for carrying 3 bikes on the Pilot. view full answer...

While we currently do not have any custom fit options for your 2019 Honda Pilot I may be able to help you find a universal option like the Air Lift # AL60920.
