Two Class III hitches are available for your 2016 Honda Pilot, Curt # C13146 and etrailer # e98840, and these share identical weight capacities and a 2-inch receiver. Both offer no-drill installation. Both fit with the 18-inch spare tire but not the larger sizes offered as options.
