The first thing you are going to want to do is check under the rear bumper near the spare tire for a wiring plug called a US Car Connector which you can see a photo of attached for you. If you have this plug then all you will need to install both 4 and 7-way trailer connection points on your Ram is the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness part # C55774.

If by bumper hitch you mean a hole in the bumper that can have a hitch ball installed in it then you can install a higher capacity hitch like the Draw Tite Class IV part # 41948 which has a towing capacity of 15,000 lbs trailer weight.
