According to Roadmasteer, for the 2000 Ford E450 van cutaway chassis, you'd use part # RM-RBK24-RSSC which includes both the steering stabilizer itself and the V-10 compatible mounting bracket kit.
The # RM-RBK17-RSSC you'd looked at isn't a fit for your Ford E450 chassis, it's a fit for the GM van cutaway chassis.

For a set of tire chains that fit your tire size of 225/75R15 that will be used regularly I'd recommend the Konig chains part # TH01594240 as they are made of a much stronger alloy than the Titans.
