Since you have installed Item # LC379146 and you are getting current, I recommend checking the voltage. If you are getting current but not enough voltage the steps will not work. A few other things to look at and test. Check the grounds to make sure they are good, check the door switch to make sure you are getting voltage to it. Try improving the connection of the main ground wire of the trailer wiring harness. Make sure it is attached to a clean metal surface. Or you can run all of the trailer wires back to the main ground. This is actually the ideal solution. But you can also check the current grounds for the lights to make sure they are making a solid connection to a clean metal surface. The pins of the trailer wiring connectors should be checked an clean as needed too.

It sounds like the lift motor is no longer operating, but with the fan still working it does not seem like power supply is the problem. More likely that the motor is malfunctioning. We do have the replacement lift motor available for a V2119 like the Ventline Ventadome Roof Vent w/ 12V Fan # V2119-601-00.

You may have some bad magnets in your brakes. It seems odd that 3 of the 4 would go bad but I have some tests that you can run to determine if they are bad or if the 1 magnet is bad and drawing more power than it should be. We have encountered this problem before and it turns out it was the gear on the bottom of the steps starting to wear out, causing the step to bounce on the way in or out and not fully extend/retract.
Since you have a single step, the correct gear would be the Replacement Gear for Lippert Single Step # LC301696. I do recommend checking that the gear is bad/worn out.

Before replacing the linkage, like part # LC379648, on your steps first check the gear. I spoke with my contact at Lippert who said that when the motor is continually running that means that there are teeth missing on the gear. The only thing I can think of that could cause an issue like this is that you have indicator light wired incorrectly to something that has power when not connected to the motorhome.
In the typical setup you would connect the power for the indicator light to the cold side of the brake light switch, which for a 2022 Ford Maverick would be a purple/white wire. The LF error on your Lippert Ground Control # LC358590 shows that there is an issue with the left front jack. Try manually extending that jack. Next extend all the jacks at least 6 inches an then press and hold the retract button until the jacks begin retracting. All of the jacks should fully retract and clear the error code. It sounds like you are more likely having and issue with your tow bar wiring rather than the Demco SBS Air Force One Supplemental Braking System # SM99243. The ground is actually going to be your trailers ground, when the Lippert Electric Trailer Jack # LC285318 is wired the red power wire from the power Tongue Jack housing gets connected to a grounded 12V power supply on the trailer.

I am a bit confused by your question as Kwikee does not make trailer jacks but rather trailer steps. If you were instead referring to trailer jacks such as the Lippert Ground Control 3.0 Electric 5th Wheel RV Leveling System part # LC358590 then the "out of stroke" error means you have extended the jack too far.
