What is the Length of the Curt 2 Bike Rack # C18085 from the Pin Hole to the Closest part of Rack?
Question:
What is the distance from center of hitch pin hole to the closest part of the rack. My vehicle is a 2014 Winnebago View 24J. I need a minimum of 14-15inch to prevent handlebar contact with motorhome.

First, the Curt rack # C18085 is not approved for use on a motorhome. Instead, I recommend the Thule Hitching Post Pro Bike Rack for 4 Bikes - 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches # TH934XTR. The distance from the hitch pin hole to the closest upright bar on the rack on the # TH934XTR us 13-1/2" then you have additional inches to the first cradle so this should work well for you. Additionally, I chose this 4-bike rack for you so you could simply not use the closest cradle giving you plenty of room outward away from your 2014 Winnebago View 24J if you need a bit of extra length. I would advise you to use the closest cradles to the motorhome that work form you to limit the downward force on the rack.
If you need a hitch receiver to use the Hitching Post Bike Rack on your 2014 Winnebago View 24J, I recommend the Adjustable Width Trailer Hitch Receiver for RVs # 13703. The adjustable width trailer hitch is compatible with frames that are 22-72 inches long. As far as installation, the hitch has sliding brackets and lets you position the receiver tube toward the front or rear, putting the hitch body in the best location for clearance for your bike rack. This hitch will involve drilling and/or welding.
