Today we're going to can take a look at the Phoenix USA rear wheel, stainless steel, center hole mount, center cap for the eight and a quarter inch axle diameters. This will add a nice touch of class to your wheel. Create a finished look by covering the hub with this polished stainless steel center cap. The polished stainless steel construction is very durable and rustproof. The center cap does cover the hub on the rear wheel. Basically just placed the center cap on the hub before installing the tire and wheel and then you add this a nice finishing touch to your wheel.
This does include the center cap itself, the mounting bracket and the long attachment bolt. It has a center hole mount design. You can see the hole right here in the center of the cap.Basically how you install it is you'll start with the mounting bracket. You'll go to your axle end plate, remove two opposing nuts, one across from each other, the nuts and the lock washers from the axle end plate, and then install this bracket over those two exposed axle studs and then re-install the lock washers and nuts. Torque it the factory specs and you'll have this bracket on the end of your axle plate.
You'll take your center cap, slide it over the hub and over the mounting bracket that's installed. Then you'll line the center hole of the cap here with the threaded hole in the mounting bracket. Once you get it lined up, take your thread attachment bolt, drop it through there, and then start threading it into your mounting bracket and just tighten until it tightens up and holds your hub cover in place. So very simple installation.Again, this is designed to fit the rear wheel. Fits on the wheel bolt patterns of eight on 275 millimeters.
Is designed to fit over axle diameters eight and a quarter inches. It is for quantity of one center cap. The overall dimensions on this, the diameter from one inch to the other, it's right at nine and one eighths inches. Overall height is also going to be right at nine and one eighths inches tall.
