Hi there, I'm Michael with etrailer.com. Today we're gonna take a quick look at this CURT wheel chock with the frame mounting bracket. This wheel chock is gonna help to keep your trailer in place and reduce any rocking and rolling when you have it parked. The bottom of the chock does have this serrated ridged surface that's gonna prevent any slippage and movement. You can see we do have this large built-in handle that's gonna make positioning and removing fast and easy. It's also gonna make it very easy for you to carry.
The trailer frame mounting bracket will allow you to store the chock outside of your vehicle so you don't have to worry about dirt or mud inside your truck or RV. Very simple to get slid in place there. And then we've got this snap ring that's going to clip around there, make sure that the chock doesn't come off. That snap ring does have this wire lanyard that's gonna make sure you're not gonna lose that. So very simple to put on and take off when you're ready to use it.
This can be attached directly to your frame using the included self-tapping screws or they do also include a clamping bracket set here. So if you want to clamp around your trailer's frame, don't have to worry about drilling into the frame that way. We've got both options here as well as instructions to walk you through that installation process for either method that you choose. Our chock dimensions, we're looking at the width, you can see it's right about four inches. I'm gonna call it 3-7/8 of an inch wide.
Our height up to the tallest point is approximately six inches tall. And our length all the way back to our handle here, we're looking at about 7-1/2 inches in overall length. This is constructed of a heavy duty rubber and our brackets are a powder coated steel so they're gonna be weather resistant and provide long lasting durability for you. This does come with a limited lifetime warranty so if you we're to have any issues with it, you're more than welcome to reach out to us here at etrailer.com. But overall, I think this is gonna be a great way to help stabilize your trailer and then easily mount it on the outside on your trailer's frame so you don't have to worry about getting the inside of your truck or RV dirty.
So that completes our look for today. Again, I'm Michael with etrailer.com. Thanks for watching.
