For a great option of Nev-R-Adjust brakes on your 1999 Jayco Designed 5th-wheel trailer, I recommend the Dexter Nev-R-Adjust Electric Trailer Brake Assembly - 12" - Right Hand # 23-459 along with the Dexter Nev-R-Adjust Electric Trailer Brake Assembly - 12" - Left Hand # 23-458. Both of these brakes have a 6,000-pound capacity and will have enough weight capacity for your 5200 pound axles.

If you need the hub-and-drum assembly along with the brakes, the ones you need depend on the lug pattern of your wheels in addition with the compatibility with 6,000 pound brakes with 12-inch diameters. The most common bolt patterns are 6 on 5-1/2" and 8 on 6-1/2". If you have one of these patterns, I recommend the Trailer Hub & Drum Assembly # 8-388-80UC3 (for 6 on 5-1/2") and # 8-219-18UC3 (for 8 on 6-1/2").

If you need help measuring what kind of lug pattern you have, I went ahead and attached a diagram that shows how to measure them. If you discover that the lug pattern of your wheels is different than the ones mentioned above, feel free to respond to this answer and I will be happy to assist you in finding the correct hub-and-drums you need.
