This is a quality hidden mount hitch receiver. It was delivered super fast. Their recommend installation link had a place local to me. Lines of Lehigh valley in Quakertown. Perfect installation in a short time. My friend asked me to get an estimate for their car and they are also buying an etrailer and having it installed by linex as well. Trevor was very helpful when deciding which receiver to get. I opted for 2 day shipping as I needed to have the receiver inside of 3 days. I was very impressed with the speed at which the people at etrailer handled my order. The order was processed and shipped within hours of my order. Trevor handled my order over the phone. He was very nice and professional to deal with. I received my order at my doorstep a day and a half after placing the order. The unit was a perfect fit for my 2016 Jeep, and although there was some cutting and trimming required for the lower valance panel (as indicated in the description), The installation was relatively quick and painless. Hitch went in easy and instructions were very clear/easy to follow. The hitch itself has held up really well, with all the paint intact and no rust showing after a harsh/salty Michigan winter. I would absolutely recommend ETrailer to anyone who was going to ask my help installing ;)

I think you suck... I called and told you guys this was the wrong one but you insisted it was correct. After many hours for fighting I brought it to a professional who again verified that the hitch was incorrect for my vehicle. So now that im balls deep into this shit show, they had to just make it fit and will have to fabricate my trim pieces to go around my tail pipes.... I will never do business with you again. Guaranteed fit my ass and the video needs updating as well...

Received in the mail at 1230pm day of delivery had it installed by 2pm same day by myself. Would definitely recommend at least two people if you don’t have a lift but overall I’m very happy with the finished results!!

I don't know ANYTHING about car stuff, but the 'how to' video that came along with product was fantastic. I was able to follow along and install the hitch receiver myself! Finished product looks great, as only the receiver dips below the bumper level to become visible from the back, unlike other receivers. I would highly recommend this product.

So far so good. Didn't fit the bumper perfect so had to take a section off but does seem very sturdy. Will update review if anything changes but looks like it will do the job for an after market buy. Definitely with the money though for the quality.

Install is not the easiest of all the available hitches but in looks better than the others when complete. It came with descent instructions, did not come with wiring harness for the lights (and no mention from the sales rep.) and I had to reorder it or it would have been 5 stars. UPS destroyed the box, bad UPS.

I am so sorry to hear that you had such a terrible experience with this hitch on your vehicle. I have gotten confirmation from the manufacturer of the fit of this hitch on your 2016 Jeep Cherokee Limited. I am not sure of what problem your installers were having, but we would need some additional details in order to fully diagnose what the conflict was.
