To determine if you will be able to safely carry your scooter and lift behind your 2018 Jeep Cherokee you will want to verify this with your Jeep dealer. According to your owners manual when trailer towing the maximum tongue weight allowed is 243lbs. They do not state a maximum weight when carrying a hitch mounted accessory. While our etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver # e62TR does show a tongue weight capacity of 750lbs you never want to exceed any specifications given by the vehicle manufacturer.
We do have the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness # C56208 which will provide you with a 4-way flat if your lift has any lights or requires Auxiliary Lights # C53201. If it has a power motor and you need a 7-way to power the lift the Upgrade Kit # ETBC7L will allow you to connect the 4-way above and includes the wiring for adding a charge line to your battery.
