Very easy to install. What took the longest during install, was finding a 7/8” open end wrench, that the directions said was needed, but after searching through tool boxes and eventually finding this wrench, I found that all I needed was two 3/4” wrenches. I like this hitch because you don’t see much of it sticking out from the truck and that is why I purchased this model.
Trailer hitch got here when promised. Very easy to install with a helper. Took maybe 20 minutes total. Thanks.

Trailer hitch receiver worked out very well. Pulled my trailer without any problem. Unfortunately have now gotten rid of my truck.
Bought a 2011 Ford F150 with no trailer tow package. I decided to add the trailer hitch myself. I started searching on Etrailer and ended up buying the Draw-Tite hitch. The kit came with instructions and all included parts. I installed it by myself in about 35 minutes. It looks great and already pulled my trailer with it without any problems. Great Product.
Excellent customer service. Very quick on shipping. Easy to install as stated online when I ordered it. It took me 20 minutes from start to finish. I can't wait to tow my trailer now without using the bumper hitch. It will be so much nicer. I will definately use Etrailer again next time I need something for my truck. I am very pleased with my new hitch. My order was promptly shipped by ground in three days. My wife and I installed the hitch in twenty minutes following the directions supplied. The hitch fit my 2011 Ford F-150 like a factory hitch. I have attached some pictures of my hitch.

The Draw Tite Trailer Hitch is exactly what I needed. It's heavy-duty construction and easy installation made for an easy selection.
I liked the ease of installation and that everything, except the receiver is concealed behind the bumper. I was satisfied with the price, delivery time and shopping experience as well.

Thank you for your speedy delivery. My hitch came yesterday and I put it on by myself in less than one hour. I used a floor jack to hold it in place. I did not remove the spare.

Easy to install. Visually appealing, doesn't hang real low or protrude past the rear bumper. Don't look gaudy like some other hitches.
Performed with out any issues. I used it pulling a trailer every weekend for 5 months straight without any problems.
Recently I checked to make sure that none of the mounting bolts had loosened or that any of the metal had bent or cracked and found no probles.
Very satisfied with the hitch.

Received my Draw Tite Trailer hitch one day before the expected delivery date. I love how tracking of shipping was provided to me daily. Trailer hitch looks terrific and I expect to install this week end if weather permits.
The only draw back I didn't like was that the free shipping on orders over $99 made me think that I only had that much time left showing on the screen. What I didn't know was that the clock start all over again each day that I have been checking it.

I installed trailer hitch in approximatelu 30 minutes. I really like the way it is hidden under the bumper. Everything worked out just perfect. Extremely satisfied with everything
after looking for several months, I came across etrailer.com. Wow....was I glad! They not only had the hitch I wanted, they had it at the lowest price of anywhere I'd checked. Easy to install and perfect fit to the frame
Fitment was right on. Simple install with a jack to hold up one side. 2013 F150 came without trailer package and 4-prong outlet is prewired and terminates below rear bumper without slack in wiring. Purchased 18" extension from a big box store for $5 and its something you could definitely sell as I had to order an unneeded pin to get me over the free-shipping threshold. Overall awesome service and delivery.

Perfect
I received my trailer hitch in record time and was very impressed. There was a glitch however with the product and so I contacted customer support and they were very helpful to arrange return shipment. They shipped out a replacement very quickly that was just perfect. It seems very solid and is a good fit with my vehicle. I will not hesitate to do business with etrailer again when the need arises!

Well first of all, I paid for the UPS 3-5 day service and received it in 2 days, all the way from Missouri to Utah, WOW!
I'm not much of a mechanic but I was able to install the hitch in less than 20 minutes without any help. Great product and very pleased.
I'm off to Arizona to escape the cold and snow, trailering my Harley, for some riding and a little golf.

Couldnt be more pleased with the product and service.
Hitch was a perfect fit for the vehicle. I had my mechanic put it on just so it was perfectly installed and he said all the parts were there, it fit as expected. We used it extensively and it worked great.
