The combination of an e-coat base and a powder coat finish provides excellent rust protection.I chose the Draw-Tite trailer hitch because, from the pictures in the advertising, it looked like the Draw-Tite trailer hitch was made from heavier gauge metal than the Curt trailer hitch, and also the Draw-Tite hardware included lock washers and the Curt didn’t. My 2004 Nissan Titan never had tow hooks, and after many years in the NorthEast salty winter roads, the threaded mounting holes were extremely rusty. So the hardest part was Cleaning out the rusty threaded holes and getting the new bolts to thread in without binding up. This took about an hour and a half. After that, it only took 20 minutes to actually hang and tighten down the trailer hitch and it fit perfectly.
The hitch receiver was exactly as decribed. It was very easy to install. Took about 10 minutes. Etrailer was amazing, they even upgraded my shipping for free without me even asking. I would definitely recommend this site and this hitch to anyone.

Product showed up in less than a week, took about a half hour to install.We have 3 boats looking forward to using my new truck with my new hitch.
The hitch arrived on time and was in good shape. I tend to think the UPS people manhandle the package since its heavy and awkward so the box was a little beat up. No issues with the product though.
I was able to install the hitch by myself with just a 17mm impact driver to remove the 12 bolts holding the 2 tow hooks on and a 19mm impact driver to put the 6 bolts holding the hitch on. Since my truck was brand new it was simple and quick.
Slide the passenger side portion of the hitch on first since the exhaust will hold it in place so you can use one hand to position the driver side and thread one bolt. Once you get one bolt in on the driver side, get one bolt in on the passenger side and the rest is easy. I did this on my back with my feet under the truck without jacking anything up. Took all of 15 minutes with my impact driver.
It was exactly what I wanted and as simple as it should be.
I have pulled a medium sized trailer numerous times over two thousand miles and have had no issues yet. Now, when installing the hitch my suggestion is to NOT tighten one side and then attempt to tighten the other side. Won’t work. At least it didn’t on my 2004 Nissan Titan. Get all bolts started with a couple of turns and alternate tightening bolts a little at a time. Other than that, excellent addition to my truck for a very reasonable price.
After watching the video showing the installation process, was able to install on my '06 Titan in about 30 minutes. Fit perfectly and all hardware was supplied with the hitch. Looks good as well. Overall, very satisified with the entire process from ordering & delivery to the ease of install. Would highly recommend both this hitch & etrailer.
All so easy to install, works as it should. I like the Drew-Time concept.

Great product, carry the bikes upfront as the Airstream doesn't have a rack. Like that I can take out the wobble.
Very nice unit. It installed easily and quickly. It's doing exactly what it's supposed to do and I'm happy with my purchase.

Great product. This Draw-Tite hitch fit my 2006 Nissan Titan perfect. Simple easy install - bolt on. Used my floor jack at hitch center section to position and then install mount bolts with 19mm socket - ratchet. Super Easy.
Received hitch came fast and installation with wiring took only 30 minutes on my 2012 Titan. Product instructions and etrailer's detailed information helped greatly. Good Price also. Thank's ETRAILER.
Great Product!Perfect fit on my 2008 Titan. Installed along with the Factory Style 7-way & 4-way wiring kit (P/N 30608). Has a very clean factory installed look. In my opinion this set up looks better than the dealership installed class III hitch, and at a much better price!
It took 29 days to get my order, but, I am very pleased with the product and the price. Your website has a lot of very useful information on the products you sell. How to use them correctly and videos showing instillations. I would buy from e-trailer again and would recommend to my friends. Sometimes you have to be patient for the best......
excelent productThe instalation was very simple. Do reccomend that you have a breaker bar to remove existing bolts though as they aare very tight. Nice clean look with 7 prong\4 way wiring harness. Was installed on '08' Titan.
The product was easy to install. Just six bolts. It's a two man job for sure, simply because you need somebody to hold it up for you. Only complaint I have is how long it took to get here, but the company was good about following up and telling me out was on back order.
Very easy to install. A no brainer. Even a caveman could do it. I had the hitch and wiring harness installed in less than an hour (but that's mostly because the threads under my truck were bound up a little). Cheapest price I found also.

I am very pleased with this product. The build quality is great and installed extremely easy. I had the hitch, wiring harness and relays installed in less than 20 minutes.
5 star service received for the seller and the hitch fit my Nissan Titan like a proper size glove would fit your hand. Although the install is very easy, it is better to have a helper to assist in holding it while you insert the bolts.
