For your 2005 Nissan Titan, I recommend the Draw-Tite Max-E-Loader Trailer Hitch Receiver # 41551. This Class III hitch is confirmed to fit your Titan and will use existing holes in its frame for a no-drill installation. It features a 6,000 pound towing weight capacity, however this is increased to 10,000 pounds when used with a weight distribution system. This is the highest rated hitch available for your truck.
You will also want to check the towing capacity of your Titan as listed in the owner's manual. Based on my research, this can vary between around 6,000 pounds to 9,000 pounds, depending on your exact model. You will always need to follow the lower of the two limits, the hitch's or the vehicle's.
I have attached an installation video for this hitch on a later model year Nissan Titan that you can use for reference, along with the complete installation instructions that you can look through.
If you are interested in adding a weight distribution system, please let me know the loaded tongue weight or GVWR of the trailer you intend to pull and I will be happy to make a recommendation. I have also included an FAQ on weight distribution systems that you might find helpful.
