This hitch fits perfectly on our 2020 Hyundai Venue. The installation instructions were also very easy to follow and we completed the installation in about an hour.
Im not sure the step to remove the three push pins for the bumper in step 3 was necessary, especially the center one as it winds up directly behind the hitch bar and is difficult to re-install after the hitch is bolted in place.

I am very happy with my hitch. I have had no problems with it since I had it installed.
i wish i was able to return it. not because its a bad product but i bought a truck so I never had it installed or has it been used. eventually ill buy another for my santa cruz.

Easy install, instructions good, fit pe rfectly.
Excellent fit. Easy install . Directions said to remove exhaust hanger, this was unnecessary. On my 2022 Hyundai venue

The hitch is holding up fine. I have taken several trips with 2 bikes on my rack with no issues.

I will have our Customer Service team reach out to you. I recommend touching up the affected areas with a rust resistant paint which you will then have on hand for regular hitch maintenance.
