2022 Hyundai Venue Trailer Hitch, Bike Rack, and Cargo Carrier Recommendations
Question:
Hi, I have a Hyundai venue 2022 Limited. I am hoping you can help me pick the best product for my vehicle. I want to attach a cargo carrier basket/bike rack to the back of my Hyundai venue. It’s a 2 in 1 type of product but I do not know how to do this or what I will need or what size receivers or hitch that I will need please help thank you. I have attached a photo of something similar to what I’m looking for.

The trailer hitch I recommend for your 2022 Hyundai Venue is the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C57CR, which is a Class I hitch with a 1-1/4" receiver and a thicker powder coat than the other hitch options for your vehicle. If you already have a bike rack and cargo carrier system then it's likely for a 2" receiver and their aren't any custom 2" receivers available for your vehicle so you'd have to have one fabricated.
If you don't already have a cargo carrier/bike rack setup, then I recommend picking up the 19x47 Curt Cargo Carrier # C18110 and then using the Bike Rack Adapter # CC-125 to secure your bike(s) to the carrier. This isn't a perfect solution but it's the only way to avoid adding a roof rack to your vehicle or purchasing completely different carriers for your cargo and bikes, since there aren't any bike rack/cargo carrier combinations on the market.
If you'd rather have a separate cargo carrier and bike rack then I recommend picking up the Reese Cargo Carrier # 63155 because it has higher walls, and then the Hollywood Racks Destination Bike Rack # HLY94FR because it's a cost-effective solution that fits the vast majority of bikes out on the market.
