Works great on my 2018 Toyota IM.
I only use it for my bike rack but I have had no issues with it. Install was fairly easy, mostly bolts and trimming a piece of plastic to fit.
Great easy to install hitch. Just make sure that you have a torque wrench capable of registering 86 ft/lbs. I use this hitch to attach a small hitch rack for when I travel and it works fine for that purpose. May use it in the future to tow a small utility or jet ski trailer. It is unobtrusive when installed and rock solid with the 5 bolt attachment vs the competitor's 4 bolt. I would recommend this hitch to anybody looking to extend the utility of their Toyota iM.
Decent price.
Unfortunately when we got the hitch the larger side on the right was bent at a 45 degree angle. Which is weird because the box wasn't damaged at all. My husband had to bend it back and tie a strap and force it into place.

The hitch was easy to install, I had all the necessary nuts and bolts to attach it properly. It feels very secure when it's attached, and the carrier for my bicycles fits it perfectly.
Item was shipped and arrived in a timely manner. Item did have chips and scratches in the paint and labeling was scuffed up some. More care and pride should be taken in the way your items arrive to your customers!

Excellent customer service; prompt delivery. Hitch was delivered as described; perfect fit. The hitch fit perfectly on a 2018 Toyota Corolla Im without having to drop muffler.
Ordered incorrect item and called etrailer to correct. They found the right part and exchanged quickly and I only had to pay for return freight as it was my fault .
