So I got the hitch with-in 3 days of ordering.
I had a shop lined up to install it but our times didn't line up. Now before telling this story mind you I am a disabled person (50) and at the moment I also have what they call frozen shoulder. VERY minimal use of arm, being my dominant arm. Last night in my yard with some light I was able to complete this job in less than an hour. No dropping the exhaust or having to lower the spare tire. Thank you for making a product that truly is a no Brainer. Did have some help from my girlfriend who knows nothing about tools. She's learning though. Lol

Thank you etrailer, customer service and prices are great! Appreciate installation videos & tips. Hitch fit is spot on for my 2003 AWD Rendezvous. Did install in carport by myself without having to lower exhaust or spare tire. Part 80101-1 is a must to make job easier, and 41405 wiring harness is a simple plug in. Will be using primarily for a receiver mounted bike rack.
Buying from etrailer was a better experience than I expected! It shipped Immediately. I got exactly what I was looking for. The installation was so easy, both the hitch and the wiring. My husband and I had it on and ready to use in about an hour. The only problem we had was drilling the holes in a small space... I could have benefited from a right angle drill or a shorter cordless drill. I would Definitely recommend etrailer in the future! Thanks guys you made my move this so easy!
What a great Site. Very easy to navigate, I purchased a DrawTite trailer hitch for my 2004 Buick Rendezvous. The video's showed the install process with step by step instructions for both the hitch and the wiring harness, had it completed in less then an hour. Low price with great service you don't see everyday.
Our delivery of the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class III - 2" was fast and complete as promised! I had the hitch installed and we were using it a day later. Very satisfied with this very 'responsible as promised' way this product was delivered. It is a good solid product. Very happy overall. Would totally use this company again.
The Draw Tite Max trailer hitch has performed well in the year we have had it. It is easy to install and haven't had any problems. We bought it to tow our boat but ended up using it for trailer towing since boat is not sea worthy yet!

What a great product at a great price. They have videos on the installation of the trailer hitch and the lighting harness, anyone can follow! You can't go wrong with this company and it was delivered exactly when they told me 2 and 1/2 days after I ordered it.
Nice hitch, went on fairly easily following video from etrailer. My drill was a little big for the space under the truck so I had to work at drilling the holes straight, but was easier than the other option of a drill free hitch that required bumper removal.
Ordered the hitch and parts on Monday, received them on Friday. I installed the hitch and wiring harness on Sunday. Everything fit like a glove. Installing the bolts in the holes in the frame was a little tricky, that is no fault of the hitch just a product of the vehicle, but with a little bit of creativeness, everything went very well. The wiring harness fit perfectly with the factory outlet. I watched the video before installing and it made it easier. Great product, great delivery and great company.
This Hitch was exactly what I was looking for.. Needed it for a friend who has MS and need a way to transport his electric scooter, behind there car.
I watched the video on installation and was impressed with how easily this Hitch was to install. After following those instructions, Hitch installed with on problems.

Service from e-trailer was exceptional. We ordered a hitch and several other items for another application including a drawbar. E-trailer contacted us immediately to inform us that the drawbar would not fit with this hitch. The drawbar was for a totally different trailer application; however, kudos to e-trailer for checking each order so thoroughly. Exceptional customer service. Order was delivered within 3 days. Hitch is of good quality. Will install this weekend.
The hitch came promptly, and fit fine. It would only take 30 minutes to install, if you had something to hold the bolts up in the frame to then fish them down through the square metal support washers that you also have to put up in the frame. I did this by taping a plastic straw to the threaded end of the bolts, which allowed me to work the bolt up into the slot in the frame, and then place the straw through the square metal support washer hole and fish that up in the frame, and then pull on the straw, bringing the bolt down through the holes.
Excellent hitch receiver, fits the Buick Rendezvous very well. I have towed 2500+ miles without issues.
wanted the ugliest ride . tHUS,I bought a 17 tear old Pontiac AzteK. thought Imight get hitched one day. looked on line at [retailer] price high as puddy tat tail. and wait a week. next looked at etrailer. what? they had three. it was thursday and each one could be here by tues. great scott! cheaper too. ordered one. next day, I came home and the new hitch had come. its the next day and I live in the country . nearest traffic light is 18 miles away. etrailer must wear winged sandals as Mercury, the other vendors were flat footed. I received the hitch and wiring harness 2 days early. Got it today and installed it in about an hour by myself using a hydraulic jack. It matched the video and paper directions perfectly! I figured I saved $250 or more compared to what I would have paid to have it installed locally. Highly recommend this company!
Installed today. Forgot to order bolt leader (well worth the $1.50) After struggling to get bolts lined up things went pretty smooth and easy. Took about 45 mins for 2 of us. Did not even jack car up, worked on the ground. The video that etrailer provides on their website is fantastic. If I ever need trailer parts again I know who to call.
