Jeff: Hello everybody. This is Jeff etrailer.com. Today we're going to take a look at the etrailer single axle steel trailer fender with the ribs for 15 inch to 16 inch wheels for a quantity of one fender. Now this is a rounded fender that'll cover one tire on your single axle trailer. This will act as a splash guard, helps keep any road debris from hitting other vehicles, and it also helps protect your trailer's cargo. Just want to show you the outer edge on this.
If you notice, has a nice rounded one inch curve radius lip to it for a nice finished appearance, and on the inner edge, it is a 90 degree lip on the inner edge, which allows you to mount it flushed to your enclosed trailer. You can see it has a sturdy ribbed 16 gauge cold rolled steel construction. Has a nice raw finish. This can be primed and then painted to provide even more resistance to corrosion and to match your trailer's paint finish.Do you notice the four ribs that go across here on the fender They are stiffener ribs. They are designed to help eliminate flexing of the fender.
Now this is a nice weld-on or bolt-on installation. It is not pre-drilled and the mounting brackets for bolt-on installation are sold separately. This part as made in the USA. Specs, again, it's for quantity of one fender. Application is single axle trailers with 15 inch to 16 inch diameter wheels.
Total weight on this fender is right at 11 pounds, and the last thing I want to do is just give you some measurements.First, we'll measure the width from here to here once we get our tape measure on that. All the way across you can see is going to be right at 36 inches long. The height on it from very bottom to very top is right at 19 and three quarter inches tall. If we turn this and if we get the width on it is going to be right at 10 and three quarter inches wide. That should do it for the review on the etrailer single axle steel trailer fender with the ribs for 15 inch to 16 inch wheels for a quantity of one..

Great product to replace a fender lost during a tire blow-out. The ribbed construction makes this fender very sturdy. Easy to drill holes and mount onto trailer as well as mounting signal lights on top of the fender....One suggestion for buyers, it is best to paint and seal the fender before installing.
As advertised.
Good quality, nice and sturdy. I feel the size range a bit mis-leading; I bought them for use on 14" tires, but after mocking them up, they gave the appearance of a little boy wearing Daddy's coat and boots; way too big, both in radius and width. I narrowed them about 2 inches and mitigated radius issue by cutting about 10 inches off one end. Still beat flimsy sheet metal or fiberglass fenders, so overall, pretty satisfied.
As described, fit perfect
Haven’t got them installed yet, but they look to be a solid product, should last for a good long time.
Item is good quality but does not fit, as i ordered the wrong size. i have re ordered and need to return the one that does not fit
I don’t order much on line. Etrailer was the only place I could find the fender I needed. Very easy to order and it was delivered on time.
Thank you
they fit and look great the only problem I have with them is they have a lot of surface rust on them which I had to clean off A little disappointed with buying new fenders and having to clean them up to use them
worked out great for me, already have primed the fender and will paint tomorrow for final installation

Nice product, good value. Welded right up and works perfectly
Fenders arrived in great shape, no dents or dings. Larger than I thought they would be but I should be able to make them work.
Very well made. I added some more bar tacks to bond the backing plate to the fender. It probably would have been fine as is, but for three minutes of effort I know that the two won't separate. I built a T out of 1" tubular steel to mount it to the trailer and there is no flex, once I welded it all together. Arrived clean enough to paint (but I still wiped it down with isopropyl alchohol before painting).Nice heavy gauge fender.
These Trailer Fenders are a quality product which are "rust free". It's hard to find an 8" rust free wheel fender on-line. All stainless steel fenders listed on line require you to paint them so they will not rust. This is because since they were stamped/pressed via large machine press at the manufacturing plant, using a flat sheet of stainless steel. When the sheet is pressed it's damaged and will rust.
I used these steel fenders to replace aluminum fenders on my utility trailer after one had fallen off along the road somewhere. Prior to installing these I painted them with Krylon Fusion gloss hammered metal spray paint, which has held up well.
Great looking and functioning fenders. Really thought I would never find fenders for a 1993 boat mate trailer that would fit but these fenders fit great. Sure made my trailer look better.
These fenders were to replace the rusting out fenders on my Four Winns boat trailer. They really spruced it up! The only "modification" I had to do was add an extra 3/8 nut on both sides between the fender and the trailer frame to make it fit. I used all new stainless steel fasteners.
I put two of these fenders on my canoe trailer. Both broke before I'd gone 1,000 miles.
This is an exact replacement for another product that I previously purchased with a back plate for my father's homemade boat trailer. I lost the fender on a long haul of his boat, but not the back plate. I was able to bolt on the original back plate. I am completely satisfied with this product.
