Includes 2 brackets 2 towers, 4 bungee cords, and mounting hardware.This is a very good ladder rack. It’s made of very strong steel, very sturdy. I like the bunny attachment holes that can be used for a padlock.
Installation wasn’t bad, my only suggestion would be to include a few more bolts of different sizes, if it came with the right size bolt would be 5 stars,had to go to hardware store in the middle of the install to get the right size bolts. This rack will make it easy for me to bring longer ladders to the job site. I probably will buy an extra set of hooks to be able to carry 2 ladders.
Arrived as told. Good Quality racks. Will work well on the cargo van to carry long ladders.

Great quality. Has been working well for my sons needs.
We love the ladder rack. We installed it on the outside of our 16' enclosed tool trailer. It is so nice to have out big extension ladders out of the way, yet still have easy access to them!
Worked perfectly for me, 5 X 8' enclosed trailer similar to the one in the video, mounted the hooks a little lower so that a 10' step ladder would fit and clear the fender, but still had room at the top to install a 10' piece of 4" pvc pipe to use as for conduit storage (I used 4" 2 hole straps to mount to the rack). I researched ladder racks for awhile before settling on this one and I am glad I did. The side rack is also much easier to load/unload than a rooftop model.
Using in a little different situation then advertised. Cut rails to length and they work as described. Heavier duty quality than I expected for the cost.
great product but the video showed to mount bolts where the outside screws were in lines although this makes sense the outside screws did not line up with the support beams of my wells cargo trailer so drilled holes from the inside out . the bolts with the kit were way to long so purchased the correct length at the hardware store this had nothing to do with the product itself but only the installation .the product itself was fine.
I did not ask before ordering where the country of origin was. Made in China it was. Not happy.
Outstanding quality and finish. Easy installation with 2 people. Exactly what I needed in order to carry a ladder on the side of my enclosed trailer.
Great product. Installed ok. The bolts are about 4.5 inches long but only threaded for the last inch. So I had to install more plywood spacers rather than run to the store for different hardware. I have a 24' fiberglass extension ladder and it holds tight just with the included bungee cords. I recommend this product. Much easier than trying to lift that ladder on top of my trailer.
I bought this for my husband to put on his enclosed trailer to haul a ladder for work and he loves it! It was easy to buy, the shipping was free and fast and to install it was a piece of cake. It seems to be really strong too and he's very excited to have it and use it. Thanks!
I like the racks. They are durable and look good too. Still nice and shinny after a year. Best of all I liked the customer service . I would recommend etrailer to anyone.
Sturdy and easy to install.Bungy cords are a little on the small side for extention ladders and bolts are only zinc bolts so was a little concerned about rusting.I had purchased my own bolts for that reason and also because the bolts that were sent were too long.
Just installed today looks great love the adjustability of it it’s heavy duty will work great
