I was skeptical about ordering from etrailer.com as I had never heard of them. However, I poked around online, saw their tutorials and a multitude of positive reviews and took a leap of faith. Really glad I did so! Their website is user friendly and all their online tips gave me the useful information and reassurance I needed to order the correct roof rack for my Subaru. The customer service was great and my order arrived in a timely manner. I usually don't write reviews but I am doing so for etrailer.com as they went over the top and exceeded my expectations in all ways.

Bad choice on my part. I should have ordered the Crossroad Feet for raised railing. These work, just mount rather high. I would like to exchange them.
