Includes 4 pads and 4 attachment studs.I was able to transfer my Rhino Rack bars and 2500 series platforms from my C-Max to my Mazda 5 with just changing the foot kit from one specific to the C-Max to the fixed point type for the Mazda 5. Some savings from buying a new setup entirely. I took the risk the bars' length might be an issue - turned out okay.
*** In changing the roof rack from one car to another, make sure to buy 4 total of the measuring strips for the roof racks (#RRM641). I didn't think to buy these until I put the rack on and heard whistling at high speed.

So the product was great, and installation was relatively easy. I have a concern with the pads I received in my box/ the placement of them. And I’m not sure who to contact?
I did not see on the DK sheet specific for my vehicle how to place the pads and which way the arrow should go. So I put them all on with the arrow facing out. The back pads look great but they front pads look odd, and not just the placement but also the pad itself. I’ll attach two pictures to show you the difference in them!
Crossbars carry up to 4 SUP boards on a little Subaru wagon. Strong, quiet, trouble free.
Product was good. Clarification in the instructions would help. Needing the torque wrench and specific adapters is not ideal for installation. Plastic caps to be tightened I feel is not adequate either when its a main support to hold the racks onto the car. Everything else went together great and I have no problems with the kit installation minus those few issues.
The fit was good. The DK specs though were supposed to show on the foot pad if the arrow points in or out. I looked up many other DK specs and all were out so I defaulted to that. Other than that installation went well and it was easier to install after I did the front rack.
Great product, worked very well for our vehicle. etrailer’s website makes shopping for a roof rack very easy, complete with photos. Plus it was delivered a day ahead of schedule!
the rack for our little Mazda 5 looks great, I thought it went together easily, we did have to watch a short video to make sure we put everything on in the correct order. But it looks good!
All items arrived in perfect order with some duplicate items which were not required. Instructions were abit fuzzy but installation only took about 1.5 hours. Customer service with Zack and Tamara was great. Emails were answered sometimes within minutes and product arrived right on time.
etrailer helped me through the order process for a difficult application and I was able to get the best luggage rack for the vehicle. I highly recommend their products and will use them in the future.

Kit went along with the roof rack stuff. Had to follow the directions carefully but it worked out.
This product fits my 2013 Mazda Touring perfectly. The instructions was cut and dry and precise. Now, I can have more space for my children to move around when we're traveling.
Product seems great(installed but havent used yet). Instillation was easy and product was at my home days after my order was placed. Only issue with site is they send everything in my wifes name since she was the first to purchase from them.
Easy to install on my Mazda 5 and hauling a 15 foot canoe.

Takes a little while to assemble the rack bars.
The stickers are great I can mark the positions after measuring the distance between the bars.
One of the screws is underneath the bar; it is hard to reach to tighten the bars.
Finally, I got the roof rack installed and it looks good.
Pretty nice rack system. Held up to my 90lb canoe no problem. However a piece did fly off on the highway and the "locking" bar end cap can pull off super easy.
The directions were ok. There is some stuff you have to kind of figure out for yourself, mainly the roof trim. I plan to leave the rack on so I drilled theough the trim
Just followed all the etrailer website prompts for my naked roof Toyota Matrix and it set me up with the three packages needed- rails legs and fitkit. Installed easily enough. I like the little arrow stickers hidden in the door jams for fast re-install later. Held two 10’ kayaks on a 2 hr journey with ease.
This is a perfect fit for our 2015 Prius V with "naked" roof. Instructions were clear and accurate, and the bars are solid and able to support our canoe and kayak easily. We added the air deflector, as there was a bit of wind noise, but now there is none. Great product at much lower price than the big names.
Absolutely love the Rhino Rack. Easy to install (watch the [online] video). Looks GREAT. Hauls my kayaks no problem. Very well made and I highly recommend this product.

According to Rhino Rack, the pads sitting under the front foot pack should be rotated 180 degrees. Once thats done, they should sit correctly.
