Hello everybody, this is Jeff at etrailer.com. Today we're gonna take a look at the replacement of water filters for the Clearsource two canister Nomad RV water filter system. Now these will replace the two water filters on your two canister Clearsource Nomad water filter system. Fits the Clearsource exterior two canister Nomad RV water filter system, which is part number C-S-6-7-F-R. We do sell that system separately on our website. These replace your filters.
First stage is the 5.0 micron coconut shell carbon block filter. This will filter out any chemicals and sediment to improve the taste and the smell. And then the second one in that system is the second stage filters, a virus guard filter. This will trap viruses, bacteria, lead, and other heavy metals. These filters are all I-A-P-M-O certified, and they are made in the USA, but that should do it for the review on the replacement water filters for the Clearsource two canister Nomad RV water filter system..

It was a night and day difference with these filters. The water at the park we were at had a bad taste. These filters did a fantastic job removing any tastes and smells. We change the filters once every 6 months. The old filters show what they removed.
As you can see in the photo I installed the filters right behind the wet bay. The water pressure regulator is right behind the filter so the pressure is not adjusted until after the filter.

Switching from Flo-Pur because these are much easier to find and less expensive.

We finally got the water filter!!! I have to say it's big and heavy but that's not a bad thing. I placed it on a 24"x30" piece of plywood and screwed it down to keep it from tipping over. The quality is amazing I really like the stainless steel fittings. We're so glad we bought it !!

These water filters do a good job. The RV park has well water and these filters do work for filtering the water.

After using these filters for a year now they have greatly increased the taste of our tap water in our RV, and reduced the odor of some water connections dramatically.

So you'll want to match the filter with the correct system you have. For example the # CS39FR will work best with the Clearsource Nomad # CS67FR.
