I do have a way for you to cover the two 40 lb propane tanks on your trailer but we do not carry a hard plastic cover that will accomplish this. Instead, you will want to use a soft cover like the Adco Propane Tank Cover for Dual 40-lb Tanks part # 290-2114 for white, or part # 290-2714 for silver. These covers are made of a heavy-duty vinyl and come with zippers for easy access. They also have a 3 year warranty.

I have attached a photo of the cover in use for you as well.

That is odd but you are correct. The dimensions of the #290-2713 match 20 lb tank dimensions and then the 40 lb tank version part #290-2714 that you referenced is correct for your 30 lb tank.
