Hi, everybody. Andy here with etrailer.com. Let's take a brief look together at this B&B Polar White RV Multipurpose Hatch. This locking molded plastic hatch is going to give you exterior access for any RV need. The open back is going to allow for a direct pass-through or recessed inlet. And before we go any further, let me go ahead and give you some overall dimensions just so you can be confident this is going to work for you.
Trigger my ruler here. So looking at the outside width first, holding up my ruler there, looks like we're sitting right about 10-3/8 inches wide, the height, about 11-3/8 inches tall. And then the cutout, looking right at about 8 inches wide or so on that cutout. And then on the height, about 9-1/8 inches. Now, the hatch flange is going to secure to your exterior wall with the supplied screws.
Butyl tape is also included with this. And then of course this is going to lock, and it does include a key. So I'm gonna go ahead and push this shut and then just lock it so, as you can see, that's locked, and you can see the latch in there. And then to unlock it, I'm just gonna turn this, and that's gonna allow me to open up that door, so very simple. It does include a key.
And this is made here in the USA of UV-stabilized plastic. You're not gonna have to worry about this fading, don't have to worry about it yellowing. It's going to do a great job of resisting road salt and the elements that it's constantly exposed to. So this includes everything that you see here on my table. This is NSF, CSA, and TEI certified.
