Video Transcript for Review of MB Sturgis - High Pressure Hose - MBS34FR

Hello everybody, this is Jeff at etrailer.com. Today we take a look at this 24 inch long, 3/8 inch thermoplastic high pressure hose, with the 3/8 inch female flare swivel ends. Now this is a 3/8 inch inside diameter general purpose hose assembly, and it's used for LP and natural gas connections. The length on this is 24 inches long. We mentioned on each end it has the 3/8 inch size female flare swivels and the wrench size that you use to tighten those down is three quarters of an inch. I mentioned it's a thermoplastic construction.

That's a plastic polymer, which will become more soft when it's heated and hard when it's cool. Now this hose is typically used to connect portable propane gas equipment to a propane supply or even a slide out on an RV to the main piping system. This is approved for all RV use in the USA and Canada. And this part is made in the USA. Now the maximum pressure rating on this hose, 350 PSI and the temperature range is a negative 40 degrees Fahrenheit, up to 140 degrees Fahrenheit.

But that should do it for the review on this 24 inch long, 3/8 inch thermoplastic high pressure hose with the 3/8 inch female flare swivel ends..

This hose is outstanding for use with an in-home space heater; much better in function and appearance than a standard metal flextube connector.

We do have a number of different lengths of the 3/8" Female Flare x 3/8" Female Flare Swivel propane hose, though I'm not sure if you were asking for 12 foot or 12 inch hose. There is a 12 foot option for this, but not a 12 inch; the shortest length this hose comes in is 2 foot: - 2 Foot Long: MB Sturgis Propane Hose - 3/8" Female Flare x 3/8" Female Flare Swivel # MBS34FR - 12 Foot Long: MB Sturgis Propane Hose - 3/8" Female Flare x 3/8" Female Flare Swivel # MBS24FR

To verify if you will be able to run both your propane furnaces on your 2022 Micro Minnie travel trailer you will need to identify the BTU usage for all your propane appliances. Then verify you have enough flow from your regulator to power your appliances you are going to run. Once you know you have enough flow you will need a Tee # MBS97FR along with a Short Hose # MBS34FR to run back to your furnace and a longer hose like the 6' # MBS74FR to run to your Olympic Wave 6 # CAM57341.
