Panel cart set installed on Snap-Loc dolly to make a panel cartPush cart set installed on Snap-Loc dolly to make a push cart

Quickly create a heavy-duty panel cart or a pushcart with these bars and the included Snap-Loc dolly. This versatile kit allows you to create a one- or two-handle pushcart or panel cart to haul lumber, drywall or other long loads.

Bars connected to Snap-Loc dolly platform with push pins

Just push in the pins and slide the bar handles into the base, and the spring-loaded pins lock the handles into place.

Integrated Snap-Loc E-Track Anchors

Snap-Loc dolly with cargo strap attached to built in E-track anchorSteel framing under Snap-Loc moving dolly

Snap-Loc's contractor-grade dolly moves as much as 1,200 pounds of cargo with ease. The HDPE (high-density polyethylene) plastic base is supported by steel framing and features four E-track tie-down points - one on each side of the dolly platform.

Pulling back spring loaded lever to attach cargo strap to Snap-Loc dolly

E-track accessories, such as cargo straps and ring attachments (sold separately), snap securely into each anchor slot. Just pull back on the E-track attachment's lever, put the end into the slot, and then release the lever.

Plastic containers strapped to Snap-Loc moving dolly

These anchor points let you strap your freight onto the dolly using straps with E-track fittings (sold separately). Once attached, the cargo straps can be used as handholds so you can pull your payload where you need it to go or lift the dolly and cargo over uneven surfaces.

Durable Construction

Heavy-duty diamond tread pad on Snap-Loc moving dolly

The platform is topped with a heavy-duty, diamond tread pad that prevents cargo from skidding off the dolly and stands up to punishing use. The trolley's flat-top design means your load doesn't tilt as you move the dolly, and you have more usable surface for loading equipment. There is no lip around the edge to get in your way.

Heavy-duty, non-marking casters on Snap-Loc moving dolly

The heavy-duty, non-marking casters (wheels) use high-quality ball bearings to smoothly move the dolly where it needs to go. The 4-inch-diameter wheels swivel for easy turning, and two are equipped with locking brakes to help hold the dolly in place.

Connecting Dollies

Two Snap-Loc dollies connected with E-track mini strap to create a larger moving platform

Use Snap-Loc connecting straps (sold separately) to join two or more dollies and create a larger trolley that can move bigger loads. Or simply remove the handlebar(s) so you can use the base as a dolly. The handlebar can also be further broken down for convenient, out-of-the-way storage. Don't get pushed around by a heavy moving job - push back with this panel cart/pushcart from Snap-Loc.

Video Transcript for Review of Snap-Loc Carts and Dollies - Pushcart - SL1500PCR319-P

Today we're gonna take a look the Snap-loc-panel-cart or Push Cart with E-track entry points. This is going to have two handles, and it's gonna measure 32 inches X 20.5 inches long. And it comes in red. This is gonna be a great item to have to transport any heavy or bulky items around the office, maybe your garage, or anything else like that.So you can see I have my two handles on the shorter ends of the platform. But these are really easy to convert to different configurations. So you can take one handle completely off and just have the single handle to push or pull around.

Or you can remove these by pressing in on the detents there, take that off.And then at that top portion there, you can actually pull that portion off. And add in a spacer. This is gonna allow you to have it in the Panel Cart configuration. So it's pretty easy to do all of these connections, it's just pushing in those detents. Let's set that aside for now and get my other handle going. And you can also just remove both handles entirely as well as those connecting points.

And then you just have your Panel Cart or your dolly, with just a flat top, makes it a little easier to store. Or also connect together with other dollies so you have that wider base. So I'm just connecting my other two portions here, snapping those into place. And that's something that I really like about this is that it really easily converts from one configuration to another. Set those onto the spacers. That fold down, lock into place, and do the same to the other one.

So in no time at all you can switch this out for different styles to see whatever you're carting around. Now we'll also have our four wheels, those are going to be a pulley wheel, a heavy-duty ball bearing wheel. And those are gonna role really nice and smoothly. On two of those, they're gonna have a break as well. So we can just press on the tab that says on, that will turn on our break. And there's one on the other side here, so you can get your wheels secured down.

Don't worry about it rolling away from you. And then whenever you're ready to move again, you just hit that off-button. It will turn off the break and allow you to move it was normal. One thing I will note is that the handles are gonna be a little bit loose. That's kind of the downside to them being so easy to convert is that they are a little bit looser than you might like, but if you have longer things, you're leaning against those handles, they will sort of stiffen up a little bit.As far as the platform itself, it is gonna be very sturdy, this is going to have an HTPE plastic construction and then underneath, it's going to have a steel frame. So, as you can see there, we'll have that steel back frame, that's where our wheels are also going to connect. So, it's gonna be a very durable heavy duty cart for anything that you might need to transport around. Then comes together easily, is taken a part easily. On top, those two black portions are gonna have a sort of diamond plate pattern to be a non-skid surface so none of our items can slide off. But something else that I like about this cart is that it's gonna be a flat top design. So, we don't have to worry about there being any edges or lifts that can off-center our load, nothing's gonna tilt off of it.And again whenever we're connecting this to another cart, that makes it a little easier for them to easily match up together. If you are gonna attach them together, you only need a connecting a strap. This is going to be part number FLLF2E12R. That's gonna be a 12-inch strap. There's also a six-inch strap version of this, it's gonna be part number SLLS2E6R. Both of those are sold separately, but basically that's just going to snap in place at one of our E-Track anchor points. We're gonna have one on each side. And then we can connect that to your other cart. The six-inch strap is probably better for connecting your carts together so you don't have as much of a gap. But this one, this longer one is gonna be a little bit better if you're going across a couple of handles since these do add a little bit of length to the cart. Now, in addition to your connecting straps, there's going to be a lot of options as far as tie-down straps. So, if you need ratcheting cargo straps, anything like that, there's a lot of E-Track accessories for that. If you don't wanna buy new straps for your cart, you can also buy an E-Track D ring so you can hook on your bungee cords, use straps you already have and securing your cargo down. You can find those here at etrailer.com, along with those connecting straps as well. Our handles are gonna be made of a durable steel tubing with a hammer tone gray powder coat finish to resist any rust or corrosion. And that diameter on our handle is gonna be one and a quarter inch, and then our weight capacity is gonna be 1500 pounds. The dimensions of dolly overall is going to be 32 inches long and 20 and a half inches wide, and it's gonna sit about seven and a half inches tall. With our handles in place, it's gonna extend the length out a little bit longer so it will be about 35 and a half inches. Going from the ground to the top of our handle, it's going to be about 38 and a half inches. And going from the platform to the top of the handle, it's gonna be about 31 and a half. And that's gonna do it for our look at the Snap-loc-panel-cart, Push Cart with E-Track anchor points and two handles in red.

Easy to put together , change handles around if needed, very strong and durable, looking for years of lasting service

Very Heavy Duty. I wish I just bought this one instead of buying the cheaper one's in the past. I think switching between cart and pushcart mode with mounts for e-track accessories makes it a keeper.
