Specs:
Carry ladders, lumber, and other cargo safely and easily with Rola's Haul-Your-Might T3 truck bed ladder rack. The aerodynamic load bars fit various truck bed widths, and the T-slots in the bars allow you to attach channel-mounted accessories, which can be secured to the rack with the included locking endcaps.
The Haul-Your-Might T3 is easy to install. No cutting or drilling is required. Assemble the uprights, and place the assemblies where you want them on the bed rails of your truck. When attaching the C-clamps, make sure that the truck bed rails are clear of dirt and debris so that the clamps can be properly secured. This rack includes adapters that work with the Nissan Titan Utili-Track system and the Deck Rail system that comes on certain Toyota Tundra and Tacoma pickups. Just position the adapters as indicated in the instructions so that you can securely attach the clamps to your bed rails. To finish installation, mount the load bars onto the upright assemblies.
This ladder rack will not work with tonneau covers or other bed-rail-mounted accessories. The Haul-Your-Might T3 will, however, work with stake-pocket-mounted accessories if the bases of the uprights don't cover up your truck's stake pockets. The universal T-slots on the top of the load bars also let you attach Rola channel-mounted carriers and accessories. C-clamps and stainless steel hardware are included for installation.

The biggest issue that I had during installation was with the bed mount plates. The mounting holes or slots were not positioned low enough to accept the bolts that fit into the rail system. Lucky I had a few chainsaw files to adjust the slots. I had the same issue with the corner braces. There was not enough play for a good fit.
Hello...
I recieved this ladder stand in a prompt manner for my 2008 tacoma. After using 4 hours to put it together I really liked the looks of it.
I will haul lumber/ladders/sheetrock and corrugated sheets of steel with it.
It looks and feels like it'll handle the job easily.
After a year of daily remodeling usage these racks have had mainly ladders, but also lumber, decking, siding, drain pipes etc on them with zero issues. I haven't put more than 650lbs on them, but have never worried they wouldn't support what I've needed them to. These racks have held up very well and fit my 2016 Titan XD perfectly. They do have a few scratches on the top bars from sliding ladders, etc. up on them but the paint and hardware still look new everywhere else. I remove the rear rack when I need anything dumped in the bed, which is easy enough if you remember your key to unlock the rack from the bed tracks. Very happy with these racks and with etrailer as a supplier. I had zero issues with receiving these on time and assembly was easy enough. I travel gravel roads often and have not had any bolts, nuts, etc. rattle loose.
Where do I begin. etrailer.com gets 5 stars.
The product design and quality 5 stars.
Only problem is that the manufacturer purposely did not include instructions. No, they included a card with a website where you can get "the latest instructions". Latest instructions? The website was worthless. There was a lot of videos but only one for a ladder rack and the video was no longer available!
etrailer to the rescue. I searched online for assembly videos and found only a couple. They were made and posted by etrailer.
My issue was that the rack only came with 8 flat washers but there was 16 nuts. etrailer didn't demonstrate how to assemble the main supports but rather showed how to assemble the cross bars where etrailer used the 8 flat wahers on the cross bars. So that's what I did.
I gave only 4 stars because the manufacturer failed to provide assembly instructions. Otherwise this is a great product that I highly recommend.
I've also had another great experience with etrailer.

After a year the ladder rack is great. We hauled two kayaks to Maine from central Ohio and other camping locations. We took the rack off for the winter and it was a breeze to reinstall. I normally wouldnt take the time to review products especially after a year later. However I like etrailer so much that it is the right thing to do.
This rack system is exactly what I was looking for. It slides right into the existing rail system in the truck bed without having to drill though the truck. It is wide enough on top to fit my canoe and kayak side-by-side. The only concern I would have, is if the rails in my truck bed were not still attached very well, it may weaken the structure. I did not have this issue, as my rails are quite firm and I am very pleased with the product. I would definitely recommend this to anyone with a truck that has the existing rail system already in place,

Still works great. I would buy it again if I had a second pickup.
I’ve had the Rola ladder rack for a year now and it has proved to be very sturdy and easy to use.
I frequently have to slide them forward to make room for large equipment I need loaded in my truck bed and the rack slides easily in the Nissan Titan side lid rail.
I have loaded a lot of lumber on them and have not had any problems carrying the weight.

The ladder rack I bought is working out great! It’s had many loads of lumber and pipe, and shows no sign of weakening. Moving the sliding racks alone is a bit of a challenge but manageable. Overall a very good product.
Great rack,ez to set up and take down. I leave it on truck full time for work but they are easy to take on and off if needed. It also fits all year models as long as you have the utility track i put it on my 04 Titan just for fun ! Solid holds lots of ladders and or lumber. Wanting to build a fishing / camping platform for it soon.

It has been holding up just fine a bit of chipping of black finish after a year or so. I load it on a weekly basis with lumber for my remodels. I keep it on the 04 work trunk full time now.Makes a great hand hold for getting in and out for us OLD guys.
Great Surf Rack for Tacoma.
Tiffini S. at etrailer gave me great customer support, sent me the instruction sheet via email within minuets of my phone call request.
Mahalo!
Seems to be a very sturdy, solid rack for the price. We picked up some Superstrut and some truck bed paint and added cross bars to the side of the rack using the upper support and the "unused" connector toward the center of the supports so we can add additional gear for camping, as this will be primarily used for a roof top tent and a kayak. Having the unused connector there proved to be a nice way to do this. I second using anti-seize grease for the bolts. We had one get stuck in the unused connector when testing without grease and spun it loose trying to get it out. We had to put a locking pin in to stabilize it, and then were able to add the cross bars.
My main negative is--as others have stated--the locks on the rack leave a little to be desired. If you overtighten them, they are a bear to loosen because the lock slips when turning. I'm not sure they are going to age very well. I feel like I'm wearing them down every time I have to put pressure on them and feel them slip.
I ordered the Rola Haul for a 2019 Nissan Titan with tracks in the bed. my intention was to install thule hullavators (2) on the rack for 2 kayaks. It took 3 months to get the racks, but that is covid for you. The packaging of the racks was not good as there was a lot of metal to metal contact in the box, but a can of spray paint repaired that.
Rola Haul racks are not real wide so there was concern about the hullavator pro's and two bonafide ex123 kayaks fitting. etrailer answered my questions about this specific fit and they were spot on..they fit nicely.
I just installed these racks on my 2017 Toyota Tacoma. While it was a bit painful, I'm quite pleased with the result.
Other than the usual "wish I had a third hand" thing, the main issue with installation was the plastic strips that fills the slot on the bottom of the crossbars. You have to dice each one up into 5 peices to fill the gaps between the various things mounted to that slot. The instructions tell you how big these gaps are...and if these number were right there would be no problem. But they weren't right for me. I ultimately ended up with a center strip a full inch smaller than they specify. The end gaps on mine came out at 6.0625" rather than the 5.75" they specify. If you are easily frustrated, I suggest that you just leave the plastic strip off entirely. With it out of the way you are free to adjust as you wish.
The other issue, as pointed out by many others, is the locking knob. It barely tightens before it starts spinning freely. I also doesn't work all that well during initial assembly. I solved this last problem by repurposing one of the eyebolt tiedowns I bought with the rack and using it in place of the locking knob (they both have 8mm threads). I used some of the otherwise useless "Nissan spacer plates" as oversized washers (see photo). This then gave me the idea of adding 8mm eyebolts to the unused threaded hole in the upright, and 8mm eyenuts to cover the ends of the exposed bolts on the bottom of the crossbars (see photos). They might come in handy as places to hook bungie cords.
All in all, it seems to be a pretty good product. Considering I have a Tacoma with bed-rail system, it was really the only option I had. The rack is sturdy when installed properly and looks like it belongs on the truck.
I have two issues with the rack.
1. For my particular truck, a 2012 Tacoma, Part 5 of the instructions calls for a spacing of 30-3/8" (Measurement "A") between the tops of the corner braces. Installed as such, the brace flanges were nowhere near flush with neither the vertical supports nor the crossbar. By "dry-fitting" the racks without the undercovers, I determined that 29-3/8" provided a better fit.
2. The threaded inserts in the vertical supports, into which the corner brace bolts are attached, protrude from the surface of the vertical supports thereby not allowing for a flush fit of the corner brace flanges (see photo).
I like this rack. It is mostly well built and should last a long time. I will be using it to haul canoes and kayaks on my new truck. The rack was easy to assemble. It can be installed and removed from the utili-track system very quickly and easily. It has foam rubber on the bottom of the supports to help protect the bed rails.
The only cons are: 1) Having to use anti-seize on the bolts. (It gets on everything and doesn't come off very easily.) 2) The rubber piece on the top groove was pretty much ruined after sliding the first two kayaks onto the rack. 3) The locking knobs are pretty much useless. One of mine stripped out on the first use and I had to pry it apart with a screwdriver so that I could get a pair of pliers on the cog and loosen it so that I could remove the rack from my truck. In my opinion, this is the weakest link in this product.
Fix the locking knobs and this thing is a winner!
This is a great product!! Easy to install using the Nissan Utili-track system. Also easy to remove and store in the garage. Can be installed/removed by only one person. I wrapped the horizontal bars with foam padding for my kayaks and paddle board to prevent scratching. The only issue I had was the locking knobs can’t be tightened too much or they will sometimes free spin when unlocked and won’t loosen.
Not compatible with 2018 Tacoma OEM trifold bed cover hardware. This is a very nice rack that looks great and is very strong once in place. That said, I didn't see any reviews or mention of the fact that it can't be installed with the factory trifold hardware in place. My hope was that I could swap the rack for the cover reasonably easily, but in my opinion it will be about a 1 hour job at best. The reason is there are 3 pins and one bracket that must be removed to put the racks in the proper positions on the track. That requires removing a plastic cover around each (which is not too bad once you figure out how to do it) and then remove two torx screws (each) to take off the pins and bracket. A couple of those were very tight and I nearly stripped one of them. You then need to store those parts to reinstall if you want to switch back to the cover. In addition, although the video shows them reinstalling a rack that is fully assembled, in my view that will be pretty difficult. I suspect that I'll need to at least loosen the bolts to the cross bar to get enough give in the rack to get it to slide into place. Maybe with some tweaking to the assembly it would work, but mine was pretty tightly in place even with the "T" bolts knobs fully loose. So my idea about swapping is not likely to work except for twice a year when I switch from winter mode to summer and back.
The rack itself looks awesome on my truck, where I've changed every chrome piece to black. In the insulation video, the crossbar looks silver, and I was thinking I'd murder it out, but it actually is black anodized aluminum, and works great with my cement gray and black thing I got going on my Tacoma. I uploaded a couple of pictures, the one close up shows one of the pins (the middle ones didn't have to be removed). You can't see the torx screws because the plastic cover is in place, but it only takes a second to peel it off, exposing the bracket behind the pin. Hope this helps for anyone with a factory trifold setup!
Excellent product, Great price, Solid construction , easy assembly.
Received the product in relatively short time considering a USPS handling problem, that was resolve by etrailer sending new parts....Very Reliable and responsible seller!!!!...

Excellence Quality and strenght
I found it easy to install, really like the flexibility of having on or off the truck. The only cons is the knob with the lock doesn’t tightened all the way.

Still very happy with the product, only cons is the lock knob doesn’t tighten up as I would like. It’s still secure, I added washers to make it snug.
Really sturdy once all put together will handle two kayaks with ease. Found a good video online for installation really happy with the look and price for my 2018 Tundra.

Works great. I have hauled ladders, to kayaks, lumber and still working great after a year.
2018 Tacoma. This thing is awesome!!! Super tough super sturdy. Took about 45 minutes to install by myself. I bought it to haul kayaks and it does it with ease. Because of the aerodynamic design of the cross bars I did not loose any MPG’s and they have no noise what so ever. The only complaint I have is the locking nuts that hold the uprights to the tracks in the bed are not the best quality. Other than that these racks are perfect. I would highly recommend these to anyone. Shipping was fast and you can’t beat the price. Defiantly can’t beat them!!!
Bought this rack for my 2017 Nissan Titan so I could haul some kayaks from TN out west on a trip to see 22 national parks. Had mountain bikes in the bed of the truck and needed to have something to carry the kayaks higher. The rack worked great. Very sturdy construction and the rack looks great on the truck. I've had the rack on the truck for a year now and absolutely love it. No regrets.
I just finished installing these racks on my 2014 Toyota Tacoma Access Cab.
Although the instructions were overall clear and easy to follow, they contain an error with regard to the "A" dimension to which you are required to cut the center undercover piece that slides into the bottom of the cross bar. The instructions direct you to cut the "A" piece to 30-3/8" for a Toyota Tacoma, but this left them 1/2" too long. And, unfortunately, I didn't realize this until I got to the final step of assembly and didn't have enough room to slide both corner braces in. This meant having to unscrew the cross bars from the vertical supports, sliding the undercover pieces and T-bolts out from under the cross bars, cutting the center piece down by 1/2," and reassembling everything. What a pain!
Now that they are installed, however, they look great and feel sturdy, and I'm looking forward to using them to haul my paddle board.
I have been very happy with this product for my 2019 Toyota Access Cab Tacoma (6 ft bed) after some modification. Once modified it is a Five Star review. The product required that I Drill new holes for the T-bolts in the track system. Easily done if you know how to drill an accurate hole in aluminum (look it up). the only other concern is that the two locking knobs that come with the system failed after the first year however Rola sent me two new knobs very quickly when I reported this to them.
Great product, prompt shipping with a verification phone call to boot! Installation video from th etrailer website was very helpful as it was vehicle specific (2015 Tacoma). Primarily used for hauling a kayak with gear in the bed below & mattress moving a child to college. Very sturdy.
The 'big box' online store had same product at same price. Elected to go with etrailer because I would rather the 'big box' not be the only online retailer 10 years from now. etrailer has great service & product was not 2nd day but pretty close and beat their own shipping expectations by about 5 days.
Now my brother wants one!.. I sent him to the website.
Directions are not the best, they are a PDF file, the rack itself is very good, recommend buying the optional tie down brackets, the box arrived pretty beat up the hardware was all intact in a small box in the center of the main box, i assembled and installed by myself ,it was easier to assemble everything except the top bar on the ground then place on truck bed then attach top rail , made adjusting the rack easier because the measurements on the instructions must have been the titan 2016 not the 2017 the locking portion of the brackets for the bed need to be played with a bit Again a good rack especially for the price i would by again, i even told my salesman at the Nissan dealership about where to find
These guys shipped my ladder rack to me even after my area got hit by a major hurricane. All parts were there, and the rack is solid. Some things to note when you assemble the rack... Don't install the plastic caps for the top of part of the rack since the supports at the top are going to screw in those holes. Also, in order to loosen and tighten the lockable knobs, make sure the knob is in the unlocked position or else it's gonna keep spinning and you won't be able to turn it. Gonna use it to haul ladders, lumber, kayaks, and SUPs. Thanks etrailer!
