Do you have any utility racks that with fit a 2017 Tacoma with bed liner that covers bed rails?

Yes we do!

If you have the Deck Rail System on your 2017 Toyota Tacoma then the Rola Haul-Your-Might T3 # 59799 is what I recommend going with. If you don't have the Deck Rail System then the equivalent is the Thule T-Rac Pro2 # TH37005XT. The Haul-Your-Might T3 has an 800 lb weight rating while the T-Rac Pro2 is rated for up to 1,000 lbs.

I have attached installation videos of both racks on a 2018 Tacoma with the bed liner on the bed rails for you to check out. As you can see, they are perfectly compatible with the bed liner. I have attached a photo featuring both for you to reference as well.
