Hi everyone, Aiden here at etrailer. Today, we're gonna be taking a look at the etrailer J-hook for your E-track systems. It's gonna be a great way to get a storage hook in your trailer or in your garage and be able to move it around using the E-track system. It's gonna be good to hold a variety of different things with that large deep shape. Let's check it out. Just like any other E-track accessory, we've got that spring-loaded clip that acts as our mechanism to lock it in and secure it.

The one thing I will say is that because it's very easy to move around, I'm gonna adjust the height or the position. It does move around a fair bit, so it's not the most stable thing in the world. You can fix that with a bungee cord or something. Or if you're just using it to hang up an extension cord and keep it off the ground and keep that mess contained, then it really doesn't matter all that much. I'd say the movement only really comes into play if you're using it to maybe hold some tools and things like that that you don't want clanging around.

And of course, if you're using this in a garage or a workshop setting, then you're not gonna be moving that much anyway. This is really just for the enclosed trailer type of fit because it's going to be moving around, maybe hitting some bumps. Now, this is a pretty large hook. From inside edge to inside edge, we're looking at four inches of usable space. And for the overall height, it's gonna be looking at about five inches.

So you can fit a lot in here. This is just one example of the things you could put in here. I could see something like a hose fitting in here pretty well, maybe some airline. Whatever it is you need to carry, you can fit it in here. And trust that with the high sides, it's not going to fall out easily.

And it does have a 200-pound capacity, which is more than enough, I think, for most situations. Just be sure to not overload this or the E-track it's attached to, but it can hold a lot. And with a steel construction, it's gonna be tough, and it has a yellow zinc plating over the top to help it resist rust and corrosion over time. In addition to that, you've got this vinyl coating that covers most of the hook, as well as the sides and the base. So if you do put something in here that's maybe going to be a bit more sensitive and susceptible to scratches, that's going to provide a little bit of grip to it, keep it from moving, but also protection from the metal. And this is just one example of the many styles of E-track hooks that we offer. You've got these dual arm styles that could be really good for hooks as well if you wanna put multiple things on there together and keep them organized and separated. Or we've got smaller hooks for those extension-cord type things. If you only need a small hook, then why bother getting this larger, bulkier one that's gonna stick out further from the side of your trailer or from your garage wall They all function the exact same way. It's really just down to what you're going to be using them with because certain hooks are gonna be better suited for certain tasks.
