Hello, everybody, this is Jeff at etrailer.com. Today, we're gonna take a look at this etrailer Steel Extended Flat Hook for your E-track system, has a 200 pound capacity. Now, this extended flat hook will let you hang tools, cables, and other items from the E-track that's in your enclosed trailer or workshop wall. Application, this will work with horizontal and vertical E-track and X-track systems, and just to show you what we're talking about, I happen to pull a section of the E-track system. You can see this section, you can install this either horizontally like on the floor or vertically on the wall. And basically, if you have it mounted on the wall, you can use this hook in it.

It's a very easy installation, this easy E-track fitting right here you can see has the spring loaded fitting that'll fit into the E-track points, these anchor points right here. So when you go to install it, you just push back on this spring loaded lever, put it into the opening, let it go, and it'll lock it right into place, and just like that, you're all ready to go. And then what's nice about it, makes it very easy to reposition the hook between the slots, so let's say if you put it in the wrong slot, you wanna move it down a couple, just, again, lift up, remove it, hold open the lever, put it in the new slot, release it, and it hooks into that one just like that. Now, this is a steel construction, has a nice yellow zinc plating, which is strong and rust resistant. The hook end, if you noticed, the section has a nice vinyl coating on it to provide a nice non-slip of the item you hook to it or also protect whatever item you're carrying.

Also, if you noticed on the fitting portion right here, the slot, this is a strap slot that you could actually put up to a two inch wide strap through there if you wanna anchor a strap to this fitting also. Few specs again, the weight capacity is 200 pounds. Few measurements on this, the overall length, which will measure from the tip here to the very back here, is gonna be right at about 8 3/4 inches overall length. Usable length, which is the flat portion right here, is gonna be right at about six inches. But again, just to show you, if we attach this to one of the anchor points, again, you just pull back on this lever, slide it up in there, release it, let it drop down, and it hooks right into place.

And again, here's the slot if you wanna put a strap through there also. To remove it, just lift it up, simple as that. But that should do it for the review on this etrailer Steel Extended Flat Hook for E-track systems.
