Hi everybody, Andy here with etrailer.com and today we're gonna take a look at this AO Coolers Carbon Series Cooler Bag in black. This durable travel cooler will keep your drinks and snacks cold on your next outdoor adventure. This is designed to hold up to twelve 12-ounce cans and seven pounds of ice, and it is going to maintain that ice for up to 24 hours at hundred, 100 degrees Fahrenheit. Now, this wide-mouth tote is going to make it very easy to load and locate items. So I just want to give you a view of the inside and hopefully you have a, a good view of that. And so this is very roomy.

It has a volume of 12.5 quarts inside, and this has a flexible one piece TPU liner that is leak proof and it's going to do a great job of resisting punctures. This feels very durable, and as you can see it can be pulled inside out to dry after each use so you're not gonna have to worry about this getting musty or anything like that. So that would be my recommendation is after each use, pull, pull out that liner and let it air-dry before you store it. Now inside there's a thick, thick three-quarter-of-an-inch thick polyurethane high-density, closed-cell foam that's going to prevent air from entering the cooler. So you can feel that insulation in, in between the exterior of this bag and inside.

So it's, it's all throughout and it feels very thick and very substantial. So that's going to do a great job of keeping your keeping your items inside nice and cool. I wanted to mention that AO coolers actually guarantees that this cooler will never leak or sweat. So that's, that's a, a really nice guarantee that they have on this particular cooler bag. Now, the way that this is designed to be used is you're going to fill this up with your ice and beverages and food and then zip it shut.

And by the way, these are YKK zippers or YKK zipper with two poles. So the zipper is heavy-duty and it's from a well known manufacturer, so that's going to keep your contents sealed. So you filled this up with the ice, you filled this up with your beverages, you filled this up with your food you zip it shut, and then what you're going to do is pull down the top corners like so, and then buckle. So I'm going to pull down on each of these corners like this and then buckle. And then as you can see, that turns it into a cube shape.

And that's going to make this easier to carry and keep it a little more compressed for you. And when you're throwing this in the back of your vehicle or carrying it, it's going to be just a little bit more manageable so it's in this nice convenient cube shape. And this also has a side zipper pocket right here. And you're going to be able to throw smaller items in here such as napkins, utensils. You could even throw the shoulder strap in there if you decide not to use it. So you do have this little side zipper pocket available to you. Now this exterior is very rugged, very durable. I'm really impressed with the, the quality of the exterior. It's made of a vinyl-coated fabric with a carbon fiber imprint which is widely used in both the RV and marine industries. So this will match perfectly to the interior of many boats and side-by-sides. So it's very, it's a good-looking cooler but it's, it, again, it's very durable, very well-built. This also features webbed handles, so this is gonna be easy to carry. And then it has this little strap here or enclosure that will bring the two handles together for easy carry. And then I mentioned the shoulder strap so it has a nice little padded section here on that shoulder strap. Let me zoom out here real quick. And so this is gonna be very easy just to throw over your shoulder and carry. The shoulder strap is adjustable and the, the shoulder strap itself feels very well-built as well. And of course you can remove it if you would like. Just unclip it like this. And I wanted to talk real briefly about these tie down hooks here. So these are going to be great obviously for your shoulder strap, or you can actually use these tie downs to tie this down like in your boat or in the, in your truck or something like that. So you're not gonna have to worry about this moving around or maybe even potentially losing it, especially if you're on a boat. You can tie that down and keep it secure. Now this will fold down for easy storage when you're done using it. So after you empty this out, and this can be easily compressed and folded down, it's, it's even though it's durable, it is very flexible. So you're going to be able to compress it down and easily store it whatever way is best for you. And it's not gonna take up a whole lot of space in storage. Now, the overall dimensions just to kind of give you an idea of the size of this when it's not full and when it is empty let me pull out my tape measure here real quick just to give you an idea here. So just kind of lining this up giving you the overall width. We're sitting about 18 to 19 inches wide. Again, this is empty. And the overall height, we are sitting right at about, about almost 13 inches tall or so. And then the overall length, we are sitting right at about seven inches long. So that hopefully gives you an idea of the size of this bag. Again, the volume is about 12 and a half quarts. It's gonna hold up to twelve 12-ounce cans. It's relatively lightweight when it's empty. It's a little over two pounds. This does have a limited lifetime warranty, and like I said AO coolers guarantees that this cooler will never leak or sweat. So overall, I'm really impressed with this cooler. You could probably even actually use it for something other than a cooler, like maybe even a, a a camera bag or something like that. I mean, it is designed to be a cooler, but it's well-built and it's an attractive bag that I could see you maybe even using it for, for other uses as well.
