Specs:
Note: Do not use for overhead lifting. This load binder is designed to work as part of a complete tie-down system. The overall capacity depends on the safe working load limit (WLL) of the chain(s) that you choose, as well as the capacity of the load binder itself. The item being tied down must not exceed the combined WLL of the lowest-rated components in the system.

Speaker 1: Today we're going to take a look at the Titan Chain lever type load binder for 1/2 inch to 5/8ths of an inch thick chain. This is going to have a safe working load limit of 11,300 pounds. This is going to quickly and easily help you tighten down your chains to secure heavy loads. As you can see with it spread out here, you'll just hook each side onto your chains, and then with the lever, cinch those closed and it'll bring those two chain ends together. Now this is going to have an advantage over similar ratcheting type load binders since it has less moving parts, there's less to maintain. It does allow for a little adjustment here to turn that hook so you can get it in place where you need it to be, and that's the same on both sides. They can both rotate to get it into the position that you need. This is going to be made of a durable forged steel construction, and it also has this nice powder coat finish, which is going to cover all that steel and keep it looking nice for a long time so you don't have to worry about rust or corrosion. This does meet all Department of Transportation regulations. And again, it is going to work with 1/2 inch to 5/8ths of an inch thick lengths.
Safe working load limit again is 11,300 pounds. The handle length is going to be 15 inches going from the end here to about here on the handle. And the minimum reach of this load binder is going to be 26 inches. Now something to keep in mind with this is that it is not intended for overhead lifting. This load binder is designed to work as part of a complete tie down system, and the overall capacity depends on the safe working load limit of the chains that you choose, as well as the capacity of the load binder itself. The item being tied down must not exceed the combined working load limit of the lowest rated component in the system. So basically all that just means that you're only as strong as the weakest link in the chain, and you don't want to exceed any of those components. That's going to do it for our look at the Titan Chain lever type load binder for 1/2 inch thick to 5/8ths inch thick chain..
