  The etrailer Electric Jack w/ Footplate # EJ-3520-WBX only has one power wire coming out of the jack. It gets its ground connection through the mounting plate which is grounded to the trailer. You can run the power wire to the coach battery on your 2004 Jayco Jay Flight and attach it to the 12 volt positive terminal. With that being said, I have reached out to RAM about this in the past and they have said that there isn't anything special about the fuse so if you are able to find one at your local home improvement store, like one that you mentioned, then it will work just the same.

Hopefully it's just a fuse that blew and you didn't damage the threads of the screw which is common when over extending powered a-frame jacks.
