I can certainly see what we have. Unfortunately was not able to find any information with the serial number you provided. It sounds like you are looking for the bottom half of the clamp that holds the carrier to the crossbar. Also, there are a few different Yakima J style kayak carriers out there and replacement parts are model specific. A very common one is the Yakima HullRaiser 8004039.
