- V-Bar Snow Chains that Fit LT245/75R16The Glacier Tire Chains with Cam Tighteners # PWH2821SC that you referenced is a confirmed fit for the LT245/75R16 tire size you have and because of that would not require taking any measurements. Due to how the chains fit on tires there really isn't a good way to measure them to determine what size tire they would fit so relying on fit info from manufacturer is best option.
