Today we're going to take a quick look at the replacement crossbar for the Thule TracRac SR or the TracRac One ladder rack.This is going to be that upper beam that actually supports your load on your vehicle. It has a T-slot to allow any accessories in there so you can get bike racks, load stops, any other kind of accessories that you'd want, sit in there, has all the same features as our original bar. It has that extruded aluminum design so it's going to be lightweight and durable but still resistant to any rust. It does have a clear e-coat so again it's going to keep your bar protected from scratches and abrasions from any of your gear sliding across the top.On the bottom side we'll have our attachment points to get everything attached to the base legs. If you need a replacement for those, they are available separately right here at etrailer.com. This is just going to replace one crossbar for either your Thule TracRac SR or the TracRac One ladder rack.As far as dimensions, our bar from end to end measures about 69 1/2 inches and then overall the outside dimension is four inches for the width here.
The thickness of the bar is about 1 3/4 inches. That's going to do it for our look at the replacement crossbar for Thule TracRac SR or the TracRac ladder rack.

I pulled a # HD-80122 from inventory and measured it as shown in the provided photo. The threaded portion is 3/8 of an inch in diameter with a 16 threads per inch pitch. The T-portion measures right at 9/16 of an inch wide and just a bit larger than 1/4 of an inch deep. You can compare those dimensions to the accessory you're wanting to use.
