I didnt purchase this product, what happened was they sent this after I informed them that this part was missing from the Thule bike rack that purchased. Anyway this product fits well to Thule bike rack but this wasnt the reason i gave this a five star. More so, its the customer service that they have. They are so prompt...
Perfect replacement. The Thule carrier uses this to stop the rack when it is released. As such, it takes some hits. If you're not careful (or your kids aren't), then this can crack.

I broke this piece by lowering the rake with 2 bikes on it. My mistake but would be better if it was a better design or material. Otherwise it works fine.
Reasonabe price, parts fit well, glad etrailer had replacement parts. Very fast service. I will look to etrailer when I am ready for a new bike rack.

Bought for my Thule Roadway 915 XT and it works perfectly. It has a nice snug fit and I have no worries that it will not be falling out. I would buy this again.

its working well. You have to be sure that there is not excess pressure put on the shaft when it is in the 45 deg angle position. I had this part break twice. Once when the automatic garage door closed on it and once when I lowered it from the 90 deg position with bikes on the system.
