Replacement Upright Locking Endcap for Thule Xsporter Pro Adjustable Height Truck Bed Ladder Rack

I mistakenly ordered the wrong end caps so shipping these back, but I found the proper end cap on your web site and just purchased them.1594363

I purchased a basic TracRac and wanted a system to lock in on the truck to prevent theft. The folks at Etrailer where kind enough to help me figure out what I needed as demonstrated in the video however at the time, the parts weren't for sale. I believe they are now.

Important though, not all parts sent to me by trainer where necessary. I needed the following:
2 -Replacement T-Slide Casting for Thule Xsporter Pro Ladder Rack - 8523164001
2 - Clamp Lock Housing for Thule Xsporter Pro Ladder Rack - Qty 1 - 8523163001
1 set - Thule One-Key System Lock Cylinders - Qty 2 - TH512

The Replacement Upright Locking Endcap for Thule Xsporter Pro Adjustable Height Truck Bed Ladder Rack - 8523166001 and Replacement Socket Head Cap Screw for Thule Xsporter Pro Ladder Rack - 3/8"-16 x 3/4" - 8523233001 had nothing to do with locking down the clamps that come with the TracRac.

Also, On addition to the T-slide, an addition nut and washer needs to slide on to the bold that hold the clamp on in order to set the T-slide in place so that the clamp lock housing can be set on and the lock cylinders used.

Took me a few minutes to figure out. Seems to be holding nicely.

I appreciate Etrailers assistance in getting me set up with what I needed. I
ve had racks stolen before. The additional money for the locks is better than paying a lot more + down the road.
