The correct part was delivered and fits my Thule 2 bike carrier perfectly.
Although its just a screw. But the days it was missing I had to use my bike stand once. There was no option since I was traveling, so I put another screw as a make shift arrangement. It lasted the journey but cracked my trunk bike rack. So now I ordered the part and put it in place. The rack shakes more due to the damage in absence of original screw but its still serviceable.
So the Thule products get a total thumbs up and 5-stars from me for their product quality.

Product that was identified by the website was the right one and it arrived intact more or less as promised.
Excellent original replacement part for bike rack. Super informative site packed with useful info and advice on buying and installing bike carriers. Item was mailed out promptly. I highly recommend these folks.

Wing nut/Pin(s) fit perfectly.
Here's my story. I haven't used the carrier in years and must have misplaced the nuts. I tried to find the part from the Thule parts list (still had the manual), sent Thule a note. In parallel, I found etrailer which had a nice video how to install the carrier (just to make sure I didn't miss anything and lose an almost fancy bike on the side of the road).
So I sent a note. Donna sent a note saying she could help. I sent a bunch of pictures, Donna sent the part number with number to call or link to order online. I used the online link and ordered. Parts came within 3 or 4 days.
The best part is that I got an email from Thule after the parts arrived saying that the part isn't available, I would have to order a whole assembly, blah/blah/blah. But instead, I got great service and am back in business (without having to buy an expensive assembly or a new carrier).
Great job and thank you for taking my full story from scans & pictures to solve my problem.
Great website, ordered screws needed for my bike rack. Customer service was great, was emailed statuses of my order and receieves it way before the expected delivery date.

it worked exactly expected
Items arrived quickly and are exactly what I needed. Then I discovered that other parts were missing (for a used bike carrier bought off other site. I was happy to find those parts easily on etrailer, too.
I was desperate to find a part for a bike rack I bought on Craigslist and finally found it on etrailer. I had never heard of etrailer but the entire experience was excellent. I got the exact part I needed very quickly and I’m back on the road!
The products were identical to the ones I lost. The service was prompt and I was informed every step along the way from the time I ordered , they recieved the order, date shipped and finally the delivery. I was very pleased especially with such a small item. I would reccommend this etrailer to anyone .
A little overpriced compared to the actual manufacturer's website, but as far shipping and everything , it went better than expected, fit my Thule 933 Venture bike rack.
Perfect fit and replacement for my bike rack. Only issue was it did seem to take a lot longer than I expected but in the end got here and was perfect.

Replaced lost wing it screws for a Thule bike rack. These fit perfect!
Borrowed a bike rack from a friend and it was missing these parts. Being able to find these parts and have them shipped to me in a timely manner was extremely helpful.

We ordered the swing not because we needed it for the bicycle rack. I tracked the shipment and it said it would be here on Monday. But it came on Friday. We are thrilled. We just made a trip to NY to take my daughter and her bike to college. Everything still works as good as new. I removed the crossbars on the way home for better electric range and didn’t notice a difference over the 9 hour drive, so these bars are also very aerodynamic.
