The parts were exactly what I was looking for! I had a question regarding the finish (should I preserve prior to mounting?). Equipment arrived intact and all of it was there. They are the correct parts. I am having them powder coated like the originals. These look ready to paint. THULE Hullavator parts to replace the old ones that were rusting. Great service.
Hullavator arm replacement was exactly the same as OEM. Fair price with quick delivery.
I am extremely happy to say this company provides "great" customer service. When using their website I could not order 2 of an item. When they received my 2 separate orders they called me to make sure I wanted both orders. I explained my issue with their website they cancelled the 2 orders, made 1 order which saved me in shipping costs.

Thanks for the email follow up. The part is working fine, and is part of the larger Hullivator system. She loves the system and it seems to work just fine.
