I ordered endcaps for the Swagman XC2 and got an email from etrailer that they were backordered. They suggested these endcaps as a substitute, and comfirmed they would work for my rack. As the pic shows, not even close...
I've had my Swagman bike carrier for several years, not just one. It works well, and carries bicycles without clamping top tubes. I had some difficulty installing it on my Nissan Rogue. It needed an extension for the hitch receiver, but with that in place it is pretty much ideal, allowing access through the lift hatch when bikes are on the carrier.
It is pretty heavy. You leave it on for the season.
The top tube 'cane handle' holders can be difficult to move up and down: their vertical track has to be kept clean and free of grit, which it readily attracts.
Over all, a good product.
Quick delivery. Parts on rack and ready to go.
Etrailer again the easiest way to ensure I was getting the correct part at a reasonable price
