Hello neighbors, Steve here with etrailer.com. Folks, today we're looking at a replacement cover plate for your Stromberg Carlson fifth Wheel Louvered tailgate, specifically the passenger side. Now, here's an image of the tailgate, what it would look like. Keep in mind, this is for the Stromberg Carlson 4,000 Series Fifth Wheel Louvered tailgate with lock for the Dodge trucks that are out there, and I'll put that item number on the screen here in a second as well. So a nice simple, hard plastic install. You've got the heavy duty attachments here for stability, and you've got the mounting holes in the plastic on both ends here.
Again, folks, this is for the passenger side. Again, the passenger side. It even says it on the back here on the sticker. Make sure you're getting the right one for what you need. It is made here in the US, a great replacement part directly from Stromberg Carlson, so you can be sure it fits that tailgate that you've got already.

The original broke when he backed into something. This replacement piece fit perfectly. It shipped quickly and arrived 3 days after I ordered it. The piece I ordered is a great replacement. It looks just like the other side.
The package was in terrible shape though. It did scuff the plastic a little bit. I know it wasn’t your fault the post office claimed responsibility so it’s no problem.
I have a question was this piece supposed to have the screws to attach it with? Because if it did they are missing. Still a very good product and the shipping was in a Timely manner.
