Hello neighbors, Steven here with etrailer.com. Today we're looking at this Guardian shield mounting bracket for your Roadmaster tow dollies. Now this is a picture of what this would look like mounted, and again, that's your Roadmaster Guardian rock shield that's sold separately, part number RM-4000 if you need that, and you can mount it to your tow dolly. Now this is constructed of a heavy duty, black powder-coated steel. It's got a nice finish on it. I've got it mocked up here for viewing.
Obviously your tow bar would be there, and this would go around there to hold it all in place. And then you would simply tighten down those U-bolts. So gonna come with all the hardware before you. That's all included. Again, everything that's black is a black powder coat finish over the nice steel, very nice product made here in the USA with a very nice limited lifetime warranty, folks.
If you don't have one, again, I recommend you getting the Guardian shield. Keep rocks and debris from hitting the front of your car or your vehicle that you're towing behind your RV. Easy to attach to tow dolly.
It was easy to assemble and all parts were included. I have not used it yet on the road yet, but it seems to be very sturdy and should work well for mounting our Guardian Shield on our tow dolly.
The parts and hardware all arrived in good shape despite the beat up condition of the box. It was easy to assemble and provided everything I needed to mount to my Roadmaster Tow dolly.
It connected right up to our car's Master Tow dolly. It works just fine. But plan on a second set of hands to ease the install. Great customer service as my sales lady made sure that it shipped the same day. I paid 2nd day shipping. With E Trailers great prices and shipping was actually lower and quicker than Amazon Prime. You earned my repeat customer business!
Heavy duty ,quality product. Easy to put together and install on the tow dolly. Having someone help with installation makes things a lot easier. Following instructions will keep you from doing things more than once. I put the guardian carrier together on a picnic table at the rv park then moved it to the tow dolly for installation. Putting lt together takes more time than installation. The whole process took less than an hour .
Adapter mount for Road Master deflector shield works great. As described and very strong. No issues using this adapter to mount deflector to other mfg. car dolly.
Great product! I thought a couple pieces were missing in the kit. e-trailer said they were not included, they sent me the two pieces anyway free of charge. Now that is great customer service. I will recommend e-trailer to everyone!!!
