The hitch pin was delivered promptly and was exactly what I needed-- however, the level of service from your staff was exceptional. Within 10 minutes of placing an on-line order for 2 units I received an email indicating that the products were on backorder. I responded saying that one unit would be ok because we were going camping in a few days. About an hour later I received a phone call from a young lady telling me that she had indeed located a single unit in another warehouse and would ship the only unit you had in stock. Great folks!!
