Replacement Compression Stem for Phoenix Faucets Dual Handle Kitchen or Bathroom Faucets - Qty 1

This is the replacement valve I needed. I have an old manufactured home (2000 Clayton). The bathroom faucets are all Phoenix made. I tried to buy this valve locally, and they had something that looked pretty close, said it's for Phoenix faucets, but it was different. It didn't have the flange like mine has and the nut portion of the valve to screw and unscrew it took a 13/16th inch socket, which won't fit past plastic tabs sticking up from the faucet body on mine. So back to the store it went. This one has the proper sealing flange (above large O ring in product picture) and it takes a 3/4 inch socket to screw-unscrew the valve, which just fits between the plastic tabs that stick up on the Phoenix faucet. This one is CCW to open and CW to close, just like the old one. As far as I can tell, you guys are the only ones around that have the right valve for my Phoenix bathroom faucets. By the way, I found this valve by using internet "picture" search because I didn't have a part number. Thank you so much! I've got you guys bookmarked and I'm sure I'll be back for more.1737096
