Hi there, I'm Michael with etrailer.com. Today we're gonna take a quick look at this replacement brass bushing for your weld-on hinges. This bushing is going to replace the original brass bushing that came with your weld-on hinge. This is going to ensure that you have a nice, smooth operation of your hinge. You're not gonna have to worry about friction causing the hinge to bind up and not open and close properly. And this bushing is right at 13 millimeters in outside diameter.
Our inner opening there, is about eight millimeters in diameter. And then we have about two millimeters of thickness. Because this is a brass construction, it is going to resist corrosion, so it should hold up really well for you. And it should be very easy to get this replaced. Basically, all you have to do is slide the pin portion of your hinge out, pull off that original bushing, slide this on the pin and then reassemble your hinge and you'll be ready to go with a nice, smooth hinging motion.
So that's gonna complete our look for today. Again, I'm Michael with etrailer.com. Thanks for watching..
